Service was thorough, comprehensive and professional. Kevin took great care to inform me of his procedures and what I could expect. I was so impressed, I contracted for the quarterly maintenance preventative program. Haven't seen an ant or other pest since he was here. I highly recommend Precision Pest Control, LLC.

In two words - honest service at the honest price. Kevin performed what I asked him to do without trying to sell other services. Even more, he talked me out from spending money on mosquitoes and fleas extermination services explaining how useless it would be in the area I live. I'm going to use Kevin services in a future.

Everything went extremely well. Kevin is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He does not try to sell you unnecessary services. He did exactly what I needed, addressing the specific problems I'd had through the years. Importantly, the work is guaranteed and if there's a problem, I can always call. After the initial bait setting, Kevin returned 2 weeks later to inspect the property and problem areas, to be certain everything was A-OK. The products he uses are environmentally safe and have no odor...I didn't need to leave the house or "air it out." I've used other companies in the past but Precision is the best. I plan to call this company next year.

Kevin was and remains to be outstanding at his work. He's very professional and informative. Scheduling the first appointment and follow up was quick and easy. Kevin contacted me quarterly to remind me to schedule, and arrived promptly for all appointments. I initially contacted him because our new home was overrun with spiders. I disposed of at least 4 or 5 a day. Since Kevin's first treatment, our home has been spider-free. He was also very conscious of our animals, and made sure they were safely locked away before spraying. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Precision Pest Control.

The owner was very responsive and professional and the problem was taken care of with one visit. I hired the company for quarterly service throughout the year. The cost of service reflects the initial visit of $375, plus three additional quarters at $250 (plus tax). I have an 8000 sqft. home.

Excellent work. Kevin is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. He came on a Saturday morning twice (after we forgot the first appointment and weren't available). We have signed up for the quarterly service - very happy.

Diagnosed (on the phone) basket-ball-sized hornet's nest. Arrived on time and, treated nest. Professional, friendly.

When I called he quickly diagnosed the problem subject to his inspection.this after I had called a national provider who instead responded by trying to sell me a annual contract before asking me about the problem I had. It turned me offf. Precision was out the next day to both confirm his original diagnosis and to apply the appropriate treatment.He stood behind his service and said he would return if needed.The treatment worked.We have not seen a Wasp since then. He was the owner of the business and seemed extremely knowlegeable I referred him to my daughter in Norwalk Ct. who had a bee infestation on the outer side of her house. he was there the next day and she has had the same excellent experience Joe Bevan Newtown Ct.

I had noticed mice droppings in my basement ad garage. Precision came, baited areas affected and told me to keep any food storage in sealed plastic stage bins. Came back for a follow up about a week later. I haven't had a issue since.

I had carpenters on site to replace a window and fix some water damage that had affected the front of the house. When we opened it up, we discovered a carpenter ant infestation. Not only was it an unpleasant surprise, it immediately halted the carpentry work, which had been carefully timed so that we could start painting on the house. I called Precision and reached Kevin immediately. He literally turned his car around and arrived in 20 minutes. He was so incredibly courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. He really saved us that day, and would not hesitate to call him again.

We noticed a lot of carpenter ants in our kitchen, and called Precision to come take a look. They gave us a bid and we hired them to do a 3-step extermination process. It was very easy and very effective - we haven't seen a single ant since. Service was great and reliable, always accessible by phone. Would definitely use them again!

Working with this company was an excellent experience, he came out when he said he would, very timely, thorough, and answered all of my questions. His prices were very reasonable. If needed in the future, I will definitely call him and recommend his services to anyone.

They came to check the areas and refill bait. Have no evidence of mice since first visit!

He sprayed the areas that ants were seen in and found the source outside the house. He then sprayed the areas around the outside of the foundation and said the problem should be completely cleared up within 1 week to 10 days. After only about 3 days we had no more problen with the ants. The service man was very knowledgable and polite and we were very happy with all areas of our contact with him.

From start to finish everything went great. Kevin was prompt and professional and performed all required tasks (even went above and beyond as we ended up having twice as many ceiling tiles to be cleaned/removed as we originally thought, with no additional charge). Kevin is coming out in a week for a free follow-up, and any time we may need him in between quarterly services he will come at no charge as well. It's great dealing with Kevin as it's his company, and he answers the phone. No calling of an 800#, or dealing with office staff hoping to hear back from someone. Kevin responds very quickly to emails/phone calls and always answers all of my questions.

Good job, even if the actual pests aren't bed bugs. My problem still persists, and may require a different solution.

The service turned out very good. It's a one man company and the person spraying is the owner. He has more than 20 years of experience. He was prompt, punctual and extremely knowledgeable and I thought the price was reasonable. He was able to solve a carpenter ant problem that previous pest control companies had not been able to solve.

Just let Kevin do the job. He is thorough, professional and works "clean."

Kevin is hugely attentive to his customers!!! He does his very best to accommodate his client's schedule. I called frantic about my bug issue and he came out on the day and time I request. He was ON-TIME!!! That's huge in my book!! His application is very thorough, but do not cross contaminate his products with other products like RAID if you are still seeing bugs after a few days of his application. His stuff works it just needs time to do the trick. I made that mistake after the first application and had Kevin come back sooner than the designated 3 weeks to re-spray. He's been to the house 3 times in total to spray....and really the 3rd time was more for good measure and my peace of mind. However, if I need him to come back, he certainly will. His loyalty and professionalism is what will make him my first call any time I have a pest issue in my home.

Called to inquiry and get estimate of work cost. Very prompt response after leaving a message on answering machine. Kevin, the owner, came to my home the next day (a Saturday). All work was professional and Kevin was very nice. I would definitely use him again. It's been about 2 weeks now...and no more ants. Great job!

Kevin came out and did a complete walk through of the property. The property had been vacant for a year so we expected to have various types of bugs, spiders, etc. around the house. Kevin did a great job of explaining what he saw, the treatment for it, as well as expected time until we'd see the results. We were not disappointed. Overall, he's done a great job and would easily recommend him to anyone I know.

See above. I also called a couple other companies for quotes and the estimate was fairly priced and comparable to other companies. I got 25$ off my service and it is guaranteed for 6 months.
