These men are very efficient. They discovered my issue and have implemented the action plan. We continue to work together & they keep me updated on everything. This team are way above my expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- five star all the way. I cannot THANK THEM enough. Highly recommended

The service was excellent and professional. The only complaint I have is that the job ended up costing about 25% more than estimated due to unforseen needs. I wasn't told about this until after the work was completed.

I had water in basement which caused mold. Was installing a new furnace and they saw the mold and said they could not continue with the installation until I had the mold treated, Boston called set up appointment to come out and give me a quote, he was very friendly and checked the house with me and explained that they would fog both basement and the house to kill mold. He set up an appointment for that week knowing it was important to get it done quickly so I could get the furnace installed. Aleksei came on time and walked through the house with me and started right away. He did the air test and called when he was done. They were able to get the test back within 3 days so I can get the furnace installers back to finish their work. I appreciate them getting the job done quickly and professionally.

High praise for the family/friends Precise team!!! I called Precise initially to remediate a mold situation in my kitchen. They were not only prompt but insistent on getting the best lab results before finishing the job. Since there was some damage to flooring and cabinets, I decided to hire them to complete a renovation of the kitchen. The team member working on my project was knowledgeable, â precise â , and very professional. In my opinion, he is a-master craftsman.I love what he was able to achieve. All team members are not only knowledgeable, but also friendly and fun. They want to please. It is obviously important to them to complete a job of which they can be proud. I could go on and on! I will hire them again. I wish them continued success in their growing business.

Elias called me back right away and performed the service that very afternoon, which was important to me since I was ready to go to contract in selling the house. Since I was happy to get the job done quickly, I did not price out similar companies, so don't know whether the cost is right but it seemed expensive. That said, I was happy with the service. Elias explained the service well in advance, and kept me well informed as to his expected and then exact time of arrival. He brought all the equipment he needed including a ladder which was necessary to get into the crawl space. He told me I would get results in 2-3 business days from a 3rd party lab. I haven't seen the results yet so can't comment on that.

The representative of the company arrived on time and explained every element of the testing, treatment, and follow-through with the results. He was clearly very competent and reliable. He also demonstrated appropriate concern for my safety during and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent customer service, reliable and timely!

I used Homeadvisor to get resources to help with my mold issue. Precise was the only vendor to not automatically say they were going to charge me to do a mold air test. Once here they looked around and determined they should take a test (they were best pricing). I then had my crawl space remediated and Precise came when they said, they performed the work with knowledgeable resources, and were done in the time frame indicated. Very professional and the pricing was aggressive, for which I am grateful. Good to work with, I'm a happy customer.

Very professional, good communication from start to finish, very responsive. It did take a little longer than anticipated for the fog to dissipate, but overall it was a good experience.

Todd was not only incredibly efficient but, kind and sensitive to my medical needs. Being on chemotherapy, oxygen with a compromised immune system in the midst of covid isolation created some challenges to organize the mold defogging. However, Todd understood the urgency and went the extra mile to address a mold problem that would be a bigger danger to my weakened health. Finding a business that prioritizes customer service like this is rare these days. It was great to work with a business owner who informed without pressure, did not once seemed rushed in answering questions although he had many other jobs and walked me through the entire process. His demeanor and work ethic was impressionable. We need more businesses with a good reputation like this. As for my mold removal, Todd came a second time to assure any hint of mold was gone and, so far it smells clear. Testing was also provided. Very pleased.

We worked with Tod. He was responsive, timely, and personable. We did the remediation about three weeks ago and do not see or smell mold. Highly suggest this place.

Todd was wonderful to work with. Prompt in all communications and describing the work we needed done remediating the mold in our basement. Discovering any amount of mold (or what you think is mold) is scary, but he calmed us and reassured us that he would test the area and treat what he found. The process was easy, little to no smell and no toxic chemicals were used! Todd tested the air before and after and sent a full report once the remediation was complete.
