+ -1 moree could renegotiate the price as he didn't have to remove all the wood. He became enraged and irrate and began cursing and swearing- totally innappropriate and immature. I paid the full fee as that was what was verbally contracted for but I would NEVER allow this man near my property again or reccommend him to anyone. He is a very immature business owner and a loose cannon. BEWARE, left my home screaming obscenities and curses.
Description of Work: I called and asked for a spring clean up of brush and debris; many branches down after multiple storms and leaves leftover from fall. The owner was quick to call back and review the job by going out to the property. I had asked him to base his estimate on also removing approx 2 cords of wood on site. His crew came out and cleaned up the leaves and branches. My brother told him he would like to keep the wood so it wasn't cleared. I came from out of state to pay Mr Philbin and asked nicely if w
