They are on Angie's List. They charged me the basic charge which is $850 but I had them do something else. They were reliable. The owner, Paul, was a gentleman and did an outstanding work. He had great communication, he was contacting me whatever we needed to do so I knew exactly what he was doing, and why he was going to do it. If I need plumbing, he will be the first person I'll contact.

I called him and he called me back within 20 mins and he was at my house in 2.5 hours, which is a miracle. He is a funny guy, he is the loveliest human being.

I received a call back in. 15 minutes And he was here 2 hours later. Fixed a pipe leak while here to do An estimate- no charge for it- I will have him do more work.

Paul came quickly, replaced all the leaky valves and cleaned up afterward. In three words: Reliable, Professinal and Reasonable.

Quick response, came punctually to provide estimates. It was tough to always get them on the phone but email was more effective and responses were always provided. The job was scheduled and they arrived on time and did a quality job.

An interesting note was that he had previously replaced the drains to the kitchen sink another plumber had installed. While the other plumber didn't say anything, Paul insisted on replacing the shut-off valves to the kitchen faucet, something that the other plumber did not mention. I grumbled but he had installed a new water heater and I was very happy with the work, timing and price. The shutoffs were inoperative and when he tried to use them, they leaked badly. If he hadn't insisted, this broken faucet would have been a disaster because all plumbers were prioritizing hurricane damage - houses with feet of water in the basement, sewer systems overflowing into houses versus every thing else. The only disconcerting thing is that you usually get an answering machine when you call the main number. But they check frequently and prioritize based on the problem and call and/or email back. I have used him several times. He shows up and does the work when he says he will and cleans up well afterward. His prices are reasonable.

Paul is very good to work with, responsive and very experienced. A nice guy who is easy to talk to and only does work the correct way.
