Description of Work: I paid $50 (forgot to use the coupon!) for a quote for various projects including ice dam damage from winter for which I have received an insurance settlement. I very much liked the guy who came out to do the quote. For one thing, he made a good suggestion on a 'problem area" that hadn't even been on my list. But waited almost 2 weeks to get the quote and I had to call to remind them. (They said they were busy because one of their guys had broken his wrist.) Quote was confusing because my projects were broken down into 15 separate pieces and the total of the pieces was less than the total quote (which reflected a discount for all the work), so if I "picked and chose" I wouldn't be sure what the price should be. Some pieces' costs seemed high, some low. I decided to get a quote from my prior contractor as well and decided to go with him and my prior painter in the end. (I thought my contractor had better ideas on the two big problem areas, plus he's a "known quantity".)
