Description of Work: I had them do an attic ladder/staircase. They also put in some other things too. They put in a bathroom vanity and some other odds and in things. They were great. Their owner Skip was great to work with. I plan to use them again for some other needs.

I have apologized to this member for our inexcusable lack of follow up. We take pride in responding to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, if not immediately. Our records indicate that we did at least attempt to reach this member, but were unable to leave a voicemail. We also failed to send an email to let her know that we were trying to reach her. Being extremely busy is no excuse for this lack of responsiveness. We will do better next time. I promise.

Description of Work: HAd them out to give a quote on fencing and painting. They where on time and responsive. Was told would get the pricing within 24 hours and it never came. It now has been 4 days without the quote would not use even if price the best.

The fact is that we never promise 24 hour turnaround because it is virtually impossible to consistently deliver. Our techs typically need at least a day to research he materials, write up the scope of work, estimate the associated labor costs, etc. Then I review their figures and decide how we are actually going to quote the job. I can only assume that this member confused us with another contractor. My tech insists that he never committed to 24 hours and I believe him. It is clear that both we and this member are better off without each other.

I called them first because they had done some emergency repairs for me at the end of the 2012 summer. They responded immediately. We had an estimate for several jobs within a few days and work began. I've never engaged a company that has been so quick to respond. Their work is first class! Very pleasant knowledgeable workers.
