Very responsive, polite, cleaned-up -

First time was excellent; second time was very good. Third time was overcharged and professional did not listen. Will have to have one thing he did fixed. They are expensive, but first time was certainly worth it.

the guys showed up precisely on time and were fantastic. they got the work done in less time than estimated and under budget, and could not have been more pleasant or more professional to work with. I will absolutely recommend them

I felt good about the person that was here and his ability to accomplish my tasks. Some of what I needed done wasn't able to be solved, but that may just be due to the nature of my need.

I don't remember the cost but it wasn't much. They were in and out of here in a day.

Quality was okay. Once they got here and started working, it went pretty quick. First time they came, they measured wrong so they had to go back and get windows again. I had windows in the house then. I told them it had to be done before Thanksgiving. The guy, came here on his own, the Wednesday before to finish installing the windows. I have no complaints. I don't give anyone "A's", no one is perfect.

Awful, Skip Wyatt, CEO of Mr. Handyman, wrote me a nonsensical explanation about why unlike the rest of the business universe does not honor competitors coupons. I will happily provide a copy of his email to anyone interested. He finished this literally stupid email stating that we are not a good fit. What type of business-customer relationship did he think we had? There are plenty of Handyman who do quality work and don't play silly little games. I definitely don't recommend Mr. Handyman of Upper Fairfield County.

Excellent. Both jobs were well executed. The second kitchen faucet tap replacement took a little longer as extra material was needed and a bit extra work, but it was all sorted and professionally finished.

After a bit of research, I called Mr. Handyman of Upper Fairfield County. The man who was sent was prompt, polite, and competent. I expect to use this service again in the future when I need general work done.

Guy from Mr. handyman (aka HM Remodeling) repaired the cracks in the bedroom ceilings of our old home. He was efficient, clean and very knowledgeable in his work. He was a pleasure to work with and his level of professionalism was over the top fantastic! I would highly recommend him to friends - as well as Mr. handyman for their responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Allow the folks that I either met or spoke to on the phone are clearly everything right and were terrific to deal with! Guy did the job right the first time!

I love this company, we have hired them over the years for various jobs. Bob is the best, most professional, knowledgable, courteous handyman. I always feel confident letting him into my home because I know he will do a great job!

friendly but work a little messy

Called them on a Wednesday and Rick was at my house the next morning fixing the gutters. He was professional and did a great job. A piece of one of the gutters was actually stuck down in the drain and Rick was able to fish it out with a make shift hook. I will definitely have them back for any job we need done.

Paul was very friendly, professional and prompt. He was very knowledgeable and went straight to work upon arrival. The office staff was very positive and willing to help set up an appointment and then took the payment information to compete the transaction. We will definitely call upon Mr. Handyman in the future!!

Cardona Wood Floors was suggested to be contacted and I am contacting them to get the repair done. Cardona is also a listed Angie"s List service provider conveniently located next town to ours.

Steve was very prompt and did a great job fixing everything I threw at him.

It turned out okay. To be honest, I don't know if the quality of the work was as good as I expected. I thought their pricing was kind of high also. They could improve on their cost.

Overall, a very good job and very pleased with getting a variety of "odds & ends" done in a timely manner. Responsiveness from the company to schedule the work was fantastic. Have yet to find anyone else to match this level of responsiveness. The technician was late the first day due to van trouble but was on-time subsequent days. Price could be better when compared to other handyman services but one could say it is offset by the quality, responsiveness and professionalism.

They were fine. I don’t have any complaints.

Bob not only fixed everything to perfection, he actually found hardware we didn't know we had in order to make the fixes! He was quick, excellent, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
