The manager showed up at the exact time he said he would. He is native to the area and is most familiar with older homes in Fairfield county. He climbed the roof to determine the repair work required, explained every detail and provided me with a fair and reasonable price. Two men accomplished the work on time and within budget as promised. I would hire this company again with no hesitation. They are a best in class!

He changed an outlet in the room and when it didn’t work, he replaced it again. He didn’t tell me that he would charge me to just go to the store. He charged me $600 on the whole and don’t think he did work for that much. He was punctual and seemed as a nice person, but things went wrong. I will never use his services in future.

I called Mr. Handyman to install a fence and repair the front steps after using them in the past. They were on time and got right to work. They laid out the fence line, and had the fence up in about an hour. They brought two technicians, so the work took half as long as I expected. While one person was finishing up the fence, the other started on the steps. The damage was due to water dripping from the gutter over the stairs and freezing and thawing during the winter. The tech said that I probably had a clog. He searched and found and fixed the clog. They also noticed that an existing section of fence was not secure. They repaired that as well. I called them to install the fence and repair the steps. They did that, but also fixed my gutter and existing fence for less that the estimate for the original work. I highly recommend this service.

Mike is always on time. The great thing about Mr. Handyman is that they have a variety of people to do whatever needs to be done. The ceiling fan in my bathroom had died and he replaced this with a new fan which I supplied. The new fan was slightly bigger than my old one, but he made it fit and he made it work properly. I will continue to use Mr. Handyman for everything that I can't do myself.

Door previously installed by another installer came off. It had to be put back up.

Got it done quickly (were under strict deadline); did need to call supervisor one day to get whole crew on site, but responded quickly to that and did meet the deadline. If you have more time or construction know-how, they may not be your cheapest option. But for immediate response and not having to worry about the details, they are excellent. Fire inspector was pleased with the quality of the work.

Lorenzo was one of the few people who called me back and gave me a quote. He was very friendly even though I didn?t have the work done. He didn?t treat me like the village idiot because I didn?t know anything about windows. He was very helpful and informative. He even offered to locate refurbished window for me to save some money. I would certainly call him back to have work performed.

Don't be fooled, they don't give free estimates. They charge you just to even come see the job. Minimum is 65 bucks.

It went very well. 2 men came [early] and were very professional and courteous. They weren't cheap, but I guess one gets what one pays for. I would use them again.

They will send you a specialist for what you need. They don't just send anyone that can supposedly do anything. He did do a good job and it was neatly caulked. If someone didn't really know what they were doing it could have taken a really long time, but he did the job fairly quickly.

They came the same day that I called - identified the problem - corrected the problem - cleaned up and left. Tony Videira knew what he was doing.

This went very well. The worker was polite and knowledgeable. He completed the job very smoothly and well below the estimated time that he had given me prior to doing the work. I was very satisfied.
