He arrived promptly and we went over all the jobs and details. He went straight to work; was always neat and cleaned up after each task was completed.

Didn't work very fast. made a mistake hanging a curtain rod, but he fixed it. The handymen were good, but the service was expensive.

Mr. Handyman had issues with our insurance company over the cost. Finally, they negotiated on the price with the insurance company. They put their best guy on it and he did a solid job. The actual work done was great.

I am satisfied and would recommend/use again!

Very professional and follow up is excellent. Scheduler gave me great information on what I needed to check to ensure that I purchased the right lockset. Workmen are always professional, prompt, nice, and do an excellent job. I just wish I had larger or more projects at one time to bring down the hourly rate a little bit, but the higher cost is often worth it to me because I need to get these things done.

Since all I needed was someone to remove an old tv that was too heavy for me to move, they suggested doing a Google search on junk removers. They felt their workers were too skilled and would have to charge me too much.

Really strange, Bob I think, was very friendly on the phone. I got a call the day before to confirm appointment. The gentleman arrived and politely took a look at the kitchen. Had minor comments and suggestions. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. Maybe it's a bit ambitious of me to expect a quote back in 7 days...wait, no it's not.

The service technician was very professional, and courteous.I feel the job was done very well , neatly,and efficiently. I don't mind paying a slightly higher price if I have confidence it was done well. I would use their services again.

He provided excellent service and he was personable and communicative. Any questions I had he answer thoroughly. The service was not inexpensive so if people are cost conscious they may seek out a different option but as far as they level of professionalism I have no complaints.

Mr Handyman came and assessed our needs, gave us a bid and we hired them to do the work. They fixed a badly-patched hole in our hardwood floors, fixed an improperly installed door, and painted the old concrete bottom of the exterior of our house. The floor fix wasn't really stained the proper color and we had to do it ourselves again later, which was the only slight negative of the experience. Service was great, they were always accessible by phone and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely work with them again!
