Mike responded to our initial inquiry promptly and, due to a weather-related cancellation, was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. He explained our installation options thoroughly and checked with us during the process to make sure we were happy with the results. He was professional, personable and an overall pleasure to work with, and the runner looks terrific. Although our job was minor and completed in a couple of hours, from our experience we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike for any needed carpeting services.

book Mike early and get a written quote we had a small misunderstanding but not significant in the scope of the total job; he actually came back today to cut down a rug that was too large for the room and did a great job; he is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Working for [member name removed] was an absolute pleasure. We installed a beautiful Stanton Wool, wall to wall in three bedrooms and hall on the second floor along with bound custom runners on two staircases and landings. In retrospect, I believe [member name removed] is correct, a written estimate would have been the better path to follow, thus eliminating any potential for the insignificant misunderstanding that occurred. The end result was a positive one and I was once again invited into their home to reduce the size of a boarded woven wool area carpet to fit a room in their new home.
