+ -1 moreI am getting ready to switch alarm companies. The rates are high and they do not have an easy eight hundred number to call if you want to simply talk to them. They have an eight hundred number to call if your alarm is going off but not a number just to call in general. Plus, they tried to overcharge me on my last bill and then they tried to claim I had underpaid them on my previous bill even though I had the cancelled check. That made me mad. Michael the owner is nice enough but he acts like he's giving you a deal with not charging you to install your system and then charging you annually to keep it running. I know that gimmick. It's really not a deal.
Description of Work: MCI monitors the home alarm system in my one story ranch home. It is a small home with maybe 1,500 square feet that I have been living in for over forty years. I pay this company annually for their services.

+ -1 moreTHEY DON'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF MONITORING MY HOME. WHEN AN ALARM GOES OFF, IT TAKES A LONG TIME FOR THEM TO CALL ME OR SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK THE ALARM OUT. THEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: THEY MONITOR MY ALARM FOR MY HOME.
