We hired Pete Mazzucco and his team to help us with our complete renovation of our master bedroom. The full area was gutted and all wiring from lighting to fans, floor heating mats and fireplace had to be roughed in. The finishing electrical work included the installation of master bathroom ceiling lighting, wall sconces, ambiance wall lighting and vent fans, walking closet special lighting as well as the full master bedroom sconces, chandeliers, spot lights and fireplace. The experience we had with Mazzucco electric was more than satisfactory - they are reliable, knowledgeable, clean and they take their time with the details. The project ran as agreed and negotiated without any issues whatsoever. We will definitely call them back for our next project - the basement renovation.

This is our second time used Mazzucco Electric and it's safe to say that have become our "go to" from now on. Pete came a few weeks ago to take a look and give a quote. He communicated well and responded quickly. We wanted to install a light in our foyer where one did not previously exist and also tie it into an existing light switch. Pete was able to figure out how to tie it all together without having to make any unnecessary wall cuts or holes. The work was performed as described and ZERO extra holes needed to route the wiring and complete the job. He also repaired a loose GFI lightswitch in our half bathroom downstairs. Pete and his team are the best and we will always recommend them to friends and family.

Pete Mazzucco confirmed his scheduled appointment a couple hours before his prompt arrival. He brought all necessary equipment, drop cloths, ladder, tools, plate covers and switches, to complete the work neatly and professionally, all the while explaining our options. It is obvious that Mazzucco takes pride in his work and is honest and reliable. He is up to speed on building codes, and performs tasks quickly, confidently and safely. A real pleasure to have working in our home, we expect to use his company again for future electrical needs.

I would highly recommend Peter Mazzucco. I got three estimates for the job, all from Angie's list. Pete was the most knowledgeable and professional of the group. His was also the highest estimate because of the materials that he used. In his estimate he provided links to every single device he would be installing, and explained why he had selected that particular light. He and his assistant got the job done quickly, cleaned up after themselves and he was very flexible when I wanted to go to a less expensive device for one of the lights. His responses have also been prompt and to the point and we will definitely be using him for any future electrical jobs that we have. While he was on-site, he noticed a few other concerns and mentioned them to us as things we might want to have upgraded in the future.

Adam arrived on time and was very respectful and professional. He had to check every single outlet in our living room, mud room and guest room to find the problem (even had to go outside in 3 ft of snow to check a GFI in the backyard) and he explained everything as he went along. Once the problem outlet was discovered he rewired it and replaced the outlet. He also replaced several outlets in the house per my request as they were not holding a plug very well. The work was done correctly, quickly and he cleaned up after himself. Peter, the owner, also stopped by during the job to check on the status and give his input as well. Labor costs are extremely reasonable and there is no price gouging on the materials used like with other contractors. I would definitely recommend Mazzucco to any friends and family looking to have electrical work done.

Excellent. Pete and his colleague Adam were very professional and friendly. Pete tells you what is happening and shows you what he found to explain things to you so you can understand what you are approving. Great communication--our project started right as all the winter storms were coming through Connecticut. He kept me in the loop and worked around my travel schedule. They also accommodated my work schedule--I work out of my home and they were conscientious about making sure my conference calls were not interrupted.

Pete Mazzucco and his assistant were on time, pleasant and professional. He took care not to leave a hole in the ceiling around the fan that I would have to repair and paint later. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. His rates are reasonable. I asked him about other work that needs to be done in the house. He has good ideas and solutions and I will definitely call him again.

We had worked with Pete Mazucco back in Sep 2009 where he and his team installed a new generator hookup the very morning that Hurricane Sandy struck. We knew he would do a great job as he had done then, Pete responded quickly to our request for a quote and was very flexible in finding a time that would work to visit. We agreed on the scope and price and set a date for him to come. On the day of he and his partner arrived on time and worked tirelessly for almost 12 hours at our home to get the work done. Pete removed all of the old panels and breakers and installed brand new 200A Main plus a Sub Panel. The end result was a world apart from the mess that existed before. Everything was installed correctly and in a much more organized and professional looking way to the existing panel. Pete added extra touches that we never asked for which just made the whole job look even better. At the end of the day Pete got everything done that he said he would, on time and on budget. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work to be completed.

Pete and his crew did a really nice job ugrading the electrical service. Pete took care of all coordination with the Town of Fairfield and our electric company. They performed all work on schedule and within the price quoted. We had a really nice experience with Pete and his crew (finished all work in one day). Phone calls and text messages to Pete were returned promptly. Would definitely recommend their services.

I was told they could not find my existing lighting and I would have to settle for something else (not even the same finish). With 5 minutes of searching online (if that), I found matching lights to my set. He didn't even try.
