Perfect. All work done as promised. Came in under budget. Since this was an insurance job, we were really surprised when Mr. Fradette returned a portion of the funds we had given for the work. No problems or concerns.

As part of a larger grounds and landscaping project, our church needed to install gutters and downspouts, for the first time, on our 170 year old church building. Mr. Fradette came out, measured, gave a competitive estimate and completed all the work as promised. 3 years later, we have had no problems and the drainage from and appearance of these gutters is pristine. An excellent job well done!

When I thought i needed a new roof, James.Fradette, owner of Integrity Home Service, told me I did not. Instead he successfully repaired the roof, saving me time and money. Five years later, when I did need one, James successfully built a new roof. After James installed a new gutter system, I have not had to worry about constant clogging. Over the last few years, he replaced three old wooden porches with new decking and railings. He is a highly skilled builder and is always prompt, responsive and reliable. I totally trust his judgment, and call him for all construction and repair needs.

James did a great job with the door at the top of the stairway. It was a difficult space to put a door in as the walls were not flush and the space needed to be built out. It looks great and was just what we were looking for. The earlier closet rebuild that he did for me a few years ago (I don't remember date and details that well but I do remember his quality work and ability to fix it quickly) was well done too. I highly recommend him.
