Description of Work: dismantled and rebuilt side entrance stairs with blue stone risers, replaced railing

Description of Work: Custom build of our mahogany library bookcases including building a mantel for our fireplace and faux painting of our existing woodwork to match the new cabinets.

Description of Work: It was a complete renovation of a two bedroom, two bath apartment. He built hand made cabinetry for the kitchen. This was gorgeous. He also painted and installed it. He installed all new appliances and fixtures in the kitchen. He installed a new countertop and retiled the floor. He made the kitchen gorgeous. He also installed new baseboards in the rest of the apartment. He removed all the "popcorn" ceilings, replastered them, and painted them. He replaced the flooring (we had wall to wall carpeting) with wood flooring. He replaced all the handles on the doors in the apartments. He retiled both bathrooms from floor to ceiling. There are new sinks and fixtures in the bath and shower. He put in new countertops that he designed and replaced all the mirrors (we had old falling apart mirrors). We had some medicine cabinets that he refurbished and they look brand new. He installed new lighting fixtures throughout the apartment and had to even create a slightly dropped ceiling in one location so we could install a nicer lighting fixture. He repainted the whole apartment and worked with me to come up with the correct shades of paint. He put a new granite ledge leading to the terrace which also looks really good. He put similar granite on the windowsil in that area.
