The brother's work was good, but they removed the shower drain pipe and stuffed paper towels into the pipe on the second floor, The next morning I took a bath in the tub and when I drained the tube the water pushed the paper towels out and the water, a tub full, ruined several ceiling panels below on the first floor. After they finished the installation of the new shower and it's Kohler glass door we were awaked by a load explosion in the house and found the shower door exploded. (Search of the internet shows this has happen many time between midnight and 3am). Kohler emailed a letter for Bruce to return the door and get a refund. Bruce went back to Lowes, returned the door and selected a shower curtain and rod (No more glass door) - I was emailing Kohler Customer Service, Jessica, and she told me Bruce sent her an invoice for the installation cost of the door and wanted payment sent to him. She said the Kohler was going to reimburse him $360. I told her I paid for the shower door installation and to please send the check to me instead. She agreed and I received their check on 3/3/20 which I deposited into my account at the Sikorsky Credit Union - I texted Bruce to tell him Kohler refunded me and to thank him. He was very upset and told me that was his money. I told him we had a contract that proved that I paid him to install the door. I received a letter, from the Sikorsky Credit Union, (dated 3/6/20?), telling me that Kohler returned the $360 check unpaid and I was charged an additional $20 service fee. Total $380 I call Kohler Customer Service, Amy, and found that Bruce call Kohler on 3/3/20 and had the check redirected to him with this invoice - he got paid twice for the same task
