They did find the pipes were damaged. They wrote the estimate. I wrote the check for $300 for the pressure testing. He was going to give the paperwork to the owner and he was suppose to be in touch with me. He asked if I wanted to get approval from the insurance company and I said no. The I called back on May 6th. I spoke to Mike and he said, 'I can't make the scheduling' He said Joe had to make the scheduling. I felt like they were giving me the run around. Joe said Jeremy was suppose to get in touch with me. I called again and got their answering service and no one returned my call. In the meantime, my pipes are disconnected. I have a hole in the ground. I have no idea why they are acting this way. I had to contact another company which can't come until the middle of June. They said to get 'shock' and get a pump to circulate the pool to prevent algae that's in there. I do not understand their behavior. They put the pool in to begin with.
Description of Work: I called in April and told them I last year that I was starting to lose a lot of water in the pool. The liner is new. They were going to come to do a pressure test. They came May 1st to pressure test the pool.

Proper drainage around the pool was not done. I asked if drainage was needed given the contour of the property, but I was told no. The pool liner floated after torrential rains, not once but 3 times. Jeremy of Fairfield Pools refused to fix the problem, instead sending an excavator who offered an "illegal" fix, pipes so close to my septic system that the sewage had a chance to drain through it. I have since gotten 2 estimates to repair the pool and they all are in excess of $15,000. I was sold a pool that failed in its first season and have not received any help in repairing it. This was a defective installation, and shabby workmanship. I would NOT recommend Fairfield Pools, they do not back up their work.
Description of Work: Installation of in ground pool.
