Description said if you have an hour to kill, smalll job. He agreed to do the job. Then he asked what was involved, all by message, no phone call. I was outside waiting (in pain from recent surgery) and didn't get the message. He then called me freak insane, said do it yourself, I'm not charity. I have the message conversation. I now have to lug the bags inside after 40 minutes of waiting. I'll have to ice my back. He should have called. Rude and unprofessional.

This is the second time we have used Fairfield Hardwood Floors. The first was at our home in Connecticut four years ago. We were so pleased with the excellent job they did that we hired Fairfield floors again just last month for our brownstone in Manhattan. Juliano, the owner, is professional, honorable and honest. He is dedicated to doing the best job at the fairest price. His work is meticulous. He replaced the floors in four bedrooms and finished them to perfection. They also refinished three staircases and the hallways for three floors. He worked with us on the stains and finishes. They moved all the furniture out of the rooms and replaced them exactly as they left them. The restoration of the entrance to our home and the inlaid delicate and intricate parquet living room floors was miraculous. An exquisite job! His employees reflect his hardworking, professional, meticulous and polite. The finished floors are absolutely perfect and gorgeous. The cost of the project was $22,000. Juliano had the keys to our home where we have lived for 35 years. That is trust. Thank you so much.

Out of all those that contacted me, he responded immediately and gave me options within my budget. Called him on his way to fix the door about another work and he was able to accommodate me and fixed everything. He is very professional and friendly. Will hire him again

We had to reschedule because Jorge could not make it as promised. He came the next day, on time and power washed my deck and furniture and even the steps and part of the siding. The work was well done and the price was fair.
