Very easy to contact. I needed a new drain pipe and sent him a picture of the pipe that was there. He knew exactly what I needed and was able to arrive with supplies in hand to do repairs. Work done right!

OUTSTANDING in every WAY! Steve replied with a phone call within five minutes of my inquiry on this site! He sent someone over at 930 PM who was PROMPT and professional. His name is JOE. Not only well dressed in company logo garb, but quiet as he could be with my sleeping children. He was FAST and thankfully found a giant clog 40 feet out and not all the way to the main line, and not frozen. Joe also discussed with me some ways to maintain the drains with monthly flushes and cleanings. He cleaned up his gear, equipment and the like and left without a trace. I have received 6 other calls with firms who were matched to my emergency back up. But they weren't as responsive as Steve and Joe. An emergency is an emergency. You can't buy peace of mind. But you can call Atomic day or night: worth every penny!

After discussing my options with other plumbers and doing my own research, I decided to go with the Navien CH-240 tankless combi-boiler. Mike and his team were punctual arriving onsite and flexible about arranging dates and times. On the price, Mike was honest enough to tell me about the CT rebate and agreed to share the discount with me - something he didn't have to do. He also took care of removing my old oil tank, boiler and furnace and did a great job at patching and cleaning up the mess. I would definitely hire Mike again for any plumbing / heating project, and feel 100% confident that if I ever have a plumbing emergency, Mike or his team would be there without hesitation anytime of day.
