He had no intention of showing up to the appointment! He childishly argued every small detail, would not take accountability for anything, and didn’t even bother showing up! Waste of MY time"

His quote was priced competitively and transparently so that it was easy to modify moving forward during the process. His team worked hard and efficiently - they even could work on Saturday. They took care of details to cover the disturbed soil with seeds and straws after finishing the paving. They also buried drain pipes for our gutter down sprouts to be redirected underneath the patio. Luis kept track of our project well, and his team and he are very understanding and easy to communicate in person. "Mik charged me $1,500 and ultimately replaced only 8 bricks, though there were many more I had wanted replaced (I had said replace "broken bricks" but he argued he hadn't seen them when estimating). He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"
