As stated, we did not end up using this provider. I will, however, definitely consider using Ganim in the future. Due to the costs involved, we will only be doing a portion of the total job this season. I intend to hold on to their estimate for possible use next year.

Eva is lovely to work with, and even though we have not implemented her plans yet (budget constraints), her ideas were well thought out and she was responsive to my requests.

She left a brochure behind, took measurements of the driveway and promised to get her team on it to come up with a solution for us. Phone calls, messages left with the company went unanswered. We never heard from them again.

We moved into a new house that had no landscaping. Part of the property had a steep incline which made the project a challenge. After a couple of site visits and spending time to understand what we like, they presented a detailed design which was subsequently implemented. The results were stunning and our garden has even been featured in a local magazine. The choice of plants provides new surprises throughout the season. We split the project into two halves, doing 2/3 of the work in 2011, and the remaining 1/3 in 2012. We plan to use them again in 2014 to rebuild the patio. We also use them to maintain the property and they have consistently provided great service. Highly recommended.

Everything went well. They do the work as promised and do so in a timely manner.

I hand't really done landscaping before. Eva made a detailed plan and we discussed it several times, both at the nursery - where she showed me the various plants - and at my home where she outlined the width of the beds and what plants would be where. I had a hard tome visualizing it, but I tried it and it just makes me smile every time I look at them. It's very hard to get an A rating out of me, but these guys really deserve it. The installers worked very hard and were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Eva keeps a close eye on me the whole time. Everything is beautiful and there's a wonderful plan for flowering and color throughout the year with minimal maintenance. I can't wait to do more!

They did a great job. We had a bunch of people out to do consultations and they were very professional and prompt. We weren't really sure what we wanted and they came up with some creative ideas. They came up with a great proposal that we thought was very reasonably priced. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They started the day they were supposed to start. We had some bad weather, which they couldn't help but for the most part they finished when they were supposed to finish. For the most part everything went as planned. The results were what we wanted and overall we were satisfied with them. It did take a few calls to get some follow up stuff done.
