I can't say enough nice things about All Purpose Steamers. They returned my E-Mail immediately. I described the work and they gave me a price. They showed up when scheduled and did an EXCELLENT job. They showed great patience in dealing with my elderly parents, who asked that they clean 2 additional chairs. They also cleaned all the pillows without being asked and did not charge for the service. My parents cannot be happier, nor can I! I will highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have any type of cleaning done in their home.

Holly cow these guys are the best! I've owned 7 houses in two states in the last 18 years and had many service people and contractors work for me but these two men are by far the best I have ever used. They were on time, cordial, detailed (moved every piece of furniture, etc) and all the junk underneath them. The price was reasonable and the job came out perfect. I have no hesitation referring them to Angie's list folks and have already told some of my friends.

This is the second year we have used this company. They are great. They noticed a smallish spot on a chair and did a spot clean for no additional charge. They were set to arrive between 10:00 and 10:30 which they did. They did the carpets quickly and placed protectors under the legs of the couch until the carpet drys. I have pets and they gave advice on an excellent cleaner (no brand contents only) for pet accidents.

I had a great experience with this company. I called and the owner was very patient on the phone answering all my questions. I have an old microfiber sectional which has not held up great in the face of my 3 year old child and unsure if it was worth spending the money to clean it. He offered to come the next week to take a look at it and worked with my schedule. He and his brother were kind and professional. They quoted me a fair price and went ahead and cleaned the couch and two other rugs right then and there. I was very happy with how it came out! Although they cautioned me that it wouldn't look new again, I thought it looked almost new. So worth the money. They spent a lot of time and did a fantastic job. Thanks!

All Purpose Steamers were great. They were professional, timely, and got out stains that I thought I would never come out. Our dog recently came home from a friends house and puked on our carpet in four spots ~ it was gross and could only be described as the most revolting thing I have ever cleaned up. I cleaned with area carpet cleaners and it took away most of the discoloring, but did not take the smell away (which was like a feedlot). Long story short, All Purpose Steamers, came in, not only cleaned the stain, but a week later, our home does not smell. Praise God!

All Purpose Cleaners were very professional and thorough. They were very clear in explaining what they were doing, and provided tips for spot cleaning in the future. Will definitely use again.

I came home yesterday and my two dogs looked like they had a party in my basement! Yuck. It was in need of a good cleaning. So, I priced it out with Stanley Steamers who I have used before, and Stanley Steamers was around $350-$375 to clean, deodorize and sanitize my basement, basement steps and living room! I had sticker shock so I went to Angie's List and found APS. When they came, the same was $196 and this included an extra: scotch guarding the upstairs living room carpet. They were in the area the day I called and had an opening, so my carpet was cleaned within 2 hours of my call. My basement and living room are fantastically cleaned and deodorized. The smell of citrus is great - especially because of what my two dogs were responsible for doing! No more doggy smell! I was impressed with how much these two gentleman cared about my satisfaction and the job they were doing. The price was very reasonable and the work was done with excellence. Cesar and Victor are owner operators, so the job they do reflects directly on them. For the price and the work standard, I will be calling them again when my carpets need a steam clean.

Victor and Cesar are real professionals, they work carefully and cleanly. I am very well satisfied with their work, will call on them again if I need them. I also have to say that I found Angie's List very helpful, happy to have joined it.

Arrived on time, explained work & cost beforehand, went right to work, continuing until the job was done. Adequately explained why a few carpet & upholstery spots could not be totally cleaned. Gave instruction on ways to deal with likely new spots, namely, due to a well trained dog, but liking a particular area when left too long alone. Victor & Cesar are professional, fast yet thorough, personable and do an excellent job. There were no added or hidden fees. I readily recommend them and, as I told them, will use them again. I work for a family in Newtown and was asked by the owner of the property to have 4 spots cleaned by another company which did a horrible job and damaged a Wool rug. I called All Purpose Cleaners to try and correct the damage. I spoke to Ceaer on the phone and explained the problem. They told me that there were no guarantees that the damage could be correct but would come out and do the best they could. As it turned out the Chem-Dry company I use damaged the carpet and there was nothing that could be done. I plan to use this company in the future. They were professional in every aspect.

The carpet turned out great, got out the dirt and stains from the heavy traffic areas.

They did an excellent job. There was a bit of confusion with scheduling, but they were responsive and apologetic over the mistake. I pre-treated the stains and they were able to completely remove all of them without the harsh chemical smell I remember from previous cleanings. The carpets look and smell fresh and clean, better than they did when we moved in. I would highly recommend this company.

AP Steamers actually came out on two different occasions to scotch guard a few pieces for me. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Finished in record time and arrived exactly when scheduled. Definitely recommend and will be referring my clients in the area to Victor and Cesar, not just for scotch guarding, but for upholstery and rug cleaning as well!

APS arrived promptly and immediately set about cleaning couches, chairs and carpet. The results are excellent and my Spring cleaning is off to a great start! I recommend this firm without reservation. The price was right and good value for the money.
