We called the company the day before they came and they were extremely responsive to agreeing to do the work the next day. They called 10 minutes before their arrival to let us know they were on their way. They did an excellent job.. the carpet looks like it is brand new. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend them.... Great guys and immaculate work!

They were very professional, and the price was very reasonable. The cleaning was done in a complete manner, and was accomplished in a proper amount of time. The rugs looked beautiful upon completion.

Reliable and friendly. Open and honest about permanent stains. When I asked if they could also clean a bit of carpeting, they gave me a reasonable quote on the spot and completed the task quickly.

These guys are GREAT. I called them this morning about cleaning two couches my dog had essentially destroyed; they had room in their schedule and came a couple of hours later. They were friendly, professional, knowledgable, and obviously committed to doing their best job. The couches look amazing. They cleaned a few of my dining room chairs as well--same result. The price was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were very prompt and professional from answering all my questions ahead of time via emails, without feeling as though I was then obligated to use them. I did, however, and was not disappointed. They were punctual for their appt, confirming beforehand. The cleaning job was very thorough and definitely clean. I have had my carpets steam cleaned before and they never felt as soft afterward, nor was the pile fluffed as much. There was no perfume-y smell left behind, only a freshness. I would definitely use them again.

Prompt return of phone call on first inquiry. They confirmed the appointment and were right on time. They made sure that we understood exactly what they were going to do and even spot cleaned one small area of the carpet to make sure it would look better cleaned. They were professional and thorough and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended service.

Terrific job in cleaning carpets, very knowledgeable and informative - went the extra mile in pointing out problems with the carpet created by previous home owner (just recently purchase home) and took pictures while documenting damage. Great guys who I highly recommend.

Caesar was wonderful!!! He shared his knowledge about the process which made me feel very comfortable. He showed up exactly on time, was courteous, careful working around my home, and did a thorough and beautiful job with my rugs. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, and would not think twice about referring him out. He is a person of great integrity who really wants the customer to be happy. The job was reasonably priced, and he actually thanked me for allowing him into my home.

Cesar called back promptly after I left a telephone message. He came at the time we agreed on to estimate the job. He explained how he would address the stains in the carpet. He was friendly and informative. We arranged a time for them to come....and they were accommodating to my schedule and came, also promptly, on a Sunday morning. They went right to work and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. They were careful moving chairs and objects around and finished their work promptly. I was amazed that they were able to get out stains that I had felt hopeless about. They were extremely competent, responsible and personable. I will definitely call on them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

Vic and Cesar were a pleasure to work with; they rearranged their schedule to fit us in on the same the day we called, so that we could minimize the chances of mold growing in our flooded living room. They did exactly what they said they would do, and let us know when they were on the way over so we could plan appropriately. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Service was performed by the owners and took about five hours to perform. They were on time, professional, knowedgeable and thorough. They requested that we look around while they were still there to make sure we were satisfied. When they came for an estimate, they examined everything, explained what they would do and why and what they could not do (e.g., spots that do not respond to steam), how long drying would take, and how their equipment worked. Everything went exactly as they said. The one small negative was that they forgot to leave a signed receipt, but since the bill was paid on American Express, the lack of a receipt was not a real problem since the amount and date were on the AmEx statement.

They were cordial, prompt and let us know what was going on. The price quoted was not exact but my measurements were off. The floor looked great when they were finished.

Victor and his partner were extremely professional and their work was exceptional! Victor carefully examined the tile in obscure places- like inside the pantry closet space in order to identify the original grout and tile color. He completed 2 spot cleans with his steamer in order to give us an idea of what to expect, and then asked us if we were interested at that point in having the job done. We could see an extraordinary difference between the areas he spot cleaned and the remaining tile floor, so we were thrilled to give him the go-ahead. The best part is that they do not use any chemicals! They were incredibly thorough- inspecting every inch of the floor for areas and that could use extra attention. (Victor was up front about how grout stains don't always lift- but in this case, the stains lifted and both tile and grout look amazing!) Victor even spent time explaining ways to best maintain and clean the floors before leaving!We will definitely use All Purpose Steamers again!

I placed a call for an estimate about 4 in the afternoon on the 21st. I spoke to Cesar(an owner) and gave him the information on the furniture. He gave me a quote over the phone based on steam cleaning with no Scotchguard. I liked the price and asked what his scheduling was like. He assured me that there was no pressure to agree, but if I was around he could do it the next day. I was happy that something was available so quickly, and I agreed. He took my information and set a window of 4-5:30pm on the 22nd, pending completion of another job. He called me at 3pm and said that the previous customer had added some services and they might not be able to make it right at 5:30. I assured him I was okay with waiting(I had nowhere to be). At 5pm, they called and said they were on their way. They were only 15 minutes off from the original estimate, which impressed me considering they were traveling in rush hour traffic on a Friday... When they arrived, I showed them the furniture and they got right to work. They were professional, efficient, and very good-natured. The job was completed with a minimum of disruption in about 90 minutes. I was given a few tips on spot cleaning, and told that the furniture would be dry in about 2 hours. It was a total pleasure chatting with these fine, hardworking gentlemen.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL POSITIVE EXPERIENCE

The gentlemen were fantastic. First they had cleaned my upstairs rugs about two months ago and did a fantastic job. So I knew who to call first when I had a water issue this past weekend. I called late Saturday night and they were at my house by 1:00 on Monday as promised. They had told me what to do between Saturday and Monday to help with the situation. They came in and inspected the entire downstairs and then went to work. The carpets were in great shape by Monday night and they just told me to keep the fans running for a few days. Will definitely use this company again. Thanks for all your help.

The brothers, Cesar and Victor were a pleasure to work with. Our carpets really needed a cleaning and the upstairs hallway was hand scrubbed first. When we requested that they come to redo the area, there was no hesitation on their part, As a matter of fact, they redid the steps also without being asked. We will certainly use them again and recommend them.

I don't remember the actual cost of the service but I do remember they were less expensive then most of the competition. They arrived on time and did an a great job. Carpet looked great.
