Furnace maintenance service was prompt and price was right.

Great service!

They came out to repair my AC. Told me it was minimum $99 to come out and I agreed. The repair guy looked around, pulled a capapcitor off the compressor and said it will be $300 to replace a $35 part. Now I had to reveal it was 100 degrees outside so I was cornered to take highway robbery so I paid it or I'm stuck for another day. And who knows, when its that hot, try to get anyone. But just so people know, I'm all about making money and I happen to know how much capacitors cost but any repair place making almost 800% margin is not credible. If he charged $150 or even $195 I'd be like ok no problem. But not $300. This is like a car repair guy saying your windsheild washer fluid is $100 to refill. The AC repair guy was super nice, but the customer service and manager at Aire Serve was rude, unwilling to work a better more competitive price and not nice.

Came right out for repair but system was too far gone. They ended up replacing system - juggling their schedule to speed up installation during a heat wave. New system works far better that old one ever did. Price was commensurate with others. Communication was very good throughout the entire process.

They came out next day after call.

I would not really know. The issue is still there. They given the price to pressure test the boiler and yet they do not wish to connect back the two pipes for the pressure test. Need to find someone to reconnect the pipes and call them to do the test and give you guys a update. They seem like they would do the big jobs, but not the little ones.

They had to return twice. Technician was personable. Customer Service did find a way to satisfy an issue I had after a lengthy discussion.

This is a centralized service as part of a national chain. It was so much easier than waiting on numerous handymen to come inspect and repair my ductwork. Someone came out to look right away, and ended up bringing a team out to fix what I needed. I appreciate the explanation of the problem before immediately doing it. I actually ended up signing up for their membership plan because I appreciated the quick and broad service offering which is especially important in case of an emergency, I feel like I can rely on this company. I will attempt to work with them for other HVAC needs.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. They also put me on standby and did call that day I made an apt to see if they can come by to do the work. The tech was very clear about what my unit needed, he did mention the maintenance package but there was no pressure to buy it. My house was freezing when I got home! I would recommend them to friends and family.

Aire Serve's service technician was great and courteous so please no knocks on him. My gripe however is that for a fee of three hundred plus dollars I was hoping they could have installed wires with casements that prevent mice from cutting them and shut down my AC unit year after year. Doing this would have both cooled my home and truly fixed the issue at the core of the recurring problem I mentioned to the dispatcher when I set up an appointment. I'm pretty sure mouse proof wires might effect Aire Serve's repeat business. But, by fixing my problem for good Aire Serve would have created a loyal Customer. Forever extolling the virtues and benefits of their company to both friends and neighbors alike. My local mouse population would have appreciated it as well. Thanks for reading.
