Brian, the owner and salesperson, is very knowledgeable. The technician was thorough but fast. He installed a furnace and central air conditioner. He was very neat and cleaned up all debris.

Although my furnace could not be fixed in the 1st initial visit as the technician did not have the part on his truck....he ret'd the next day. On the next day, that part still did not solve the issue w/the furnace & do all he could do...could not get it to work. At which point he went above & beyond....contacted owner who then came out to assess. Although they spent quite some time (half day almost) at my home.....they were NOT giving up & eventually found AND fixed the problem w/my furnace. They truly were dedicated in getting it fixed and it showed!!!! Definitely will recommend this company! :-)

they came out the same day to check the job, gave us options and suggestions as we didn't know much about it, then did the job right away- very professional and left everythng clean when they were done.

Very professional. Made a good recommendation about changing to a lower BTU furnace which really improved the heat flow in the house. They were on time, professional, and, unlike other contractors, didn't try to charge us just to show up and tell us what we already knew.

Our project was not an easy one. It involved a lot of extra steps that other contractors who came out either ignored or sugar coated. It was more expensive to go with Aire Serve BUT in the end, it was the best decision because of the quality of the work. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Good, timely work, but poor advice on the gov't rebate program.
