They came on time, spent 15 minutes evaluating the problem, and went away to work up an estimate but I haven't heard from them after that. Its been 2 months so far... things happen and I've been busy too. So, I don't yet know if I would recommend them to a friend.

Brian is a star. He was attentive, answered all our questions, and found a solution that met all our needs while allowing us to save money through energy credits and rebates. I would highly recommend his company. Although I only witnessed the end product, it appears to have been installed very professionally. There is no doubt the new unit is operating correctly, quickly cooling our house, and has already saved us money on our electrical bill. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll use him to replace my upstairs unit when the time comes. I wish everyone provided the same level of service.
