 + -1 moreStarted front walk and stoop and completed about 80% of back deck. This process took several months with one person doing the work. Neither the deck nor the front walk and stoop was ever completed. After 2 weeks this company said they ran out of money. $30,000 for a front walk and 112 x 12 deck both of which were never completed. The workmanship was very poor and needs repair. After several requests, the company would not give an accounting of how they could possibly use $30,000 in 2 weeks for a front walk and deck not even completed. We have since found out that this company has bilked many clients this way using the down payments for personal spending and never completing the jobs.
Description of Work: Job was quoted as replacing front walk and stoop. Adding on and replacing top deck on back of house;irrigation system; all planting beds; sodded lawn. Required 60% down payment.
