Description of Work: At first I was happy with the service (removal of a hornets nest). A six month warranty was offered, and when I contacted the owner by text (confirmed sent) as I found live hornets in my home, within the warranty time frame and the owner didn't respond, I emailed him. He responded that it was after expiration of the warranty. However, as the text confirms on my phone, it was within the six month time frame. I responded to him, making him aware of this and has has not responded. I am very disappointed, of course.

+ -1 moreVery professional. Jeff knows his business and knows all of the habits of the creatures involved in pest control and wildlife management. A very personable young man, and not afraid to go under houses, porches, to where the critters might be gathering. He knowingly performs a task that many people need the services of, but would never do themselves. He works long hours as many of these are creatures of the night. He impressed me with his knowledge of all animals. A true professional and very easy to work with. His installation was neat and clean. I would have no reservations in recommending him.
Description of Work: Set up traps to catch any skunks that might be exiting from under the porch area. (Both the living room and the porch area smelled of skunk.) Treated house with a chemical to dissolve the smell of skunk that permeated the house. Approximately five days later, when we were sure there were no skunks under the porch to catch, Jeff came back and installed, and buried, fencing to prevent any reentry.

+ -1 moreHe did everything he said he was going to do and he was effective with his work! I was very satisfied with him, he came promptly and he was very pleasant to work with. He was the kind of person you didn't mind coming in your dwelling and he was really good!
Description of Work: I had mice, and he came in and set up traps and went around and put steel wool in any opening he could find and he worked very hard.
