They did a good job. They were actually pretty reasonable. The quality was great. We only had one guy to come out and do the work.

Excellent - I have used this company several times over the past 5 years and have always been more than satisfied with the work done and the professionalism of the staff.

I called Mike's Plumbing and Heating to request a quote on installing a new oil boiler for my residence. Mike came to my house at the agreed time, inspected my boiler, etc. We spoke for a few minutes afterwards, and he confirmed that he would send me an estimate. I asked when he could do it, and he felt he could fit me in, in several weeks. I waited 7-10 days and had not received an estimate so I called his business. His and quot;secretaryand quot; answered the phone giving his business name (the same person I had spoken with to arrange the visit). I explained that Mike had been out to see me, but I had not received the estimate yet. She said she'd get the message to him. I waited another week and still did not receive an estimate, so I called his number again. I got his voicemail, and left a detailed message - that I would like the estimate ASAP since it had been at least 2and frac12; weeks since he was out to see me, and I was anxious to get the work done. I never received a call back or an estimate, so I gave up and called other vendors.

We were extremely satisfied with the overall service.
