Description of Work: I hired Kevin for several project at my home. His work is excellent! He always responded to inquiries and questions promptly and completed the work in the time arranged. He was a wonderful person to work with and the quality was outstanding.

Description of Work: Replaced one drywall sheet in bathroom behind toilet. Plastered walls in the same bathroom and prepared them for painting. When he removed toilet found that it had a broken flange and recommended a plumber to get it fixed. Finished work took exactly the time he estimated. Will use again.

 + -1 moreKarl is the one we always call when work is needed on the house or property. He always shows up on time, is courteous and professional and takes pride in his work. He completes the job in a timely and neat fashion. He takes time to answer questions and tells you exactly what he is planning to do.
Description of Work: Karl installed an electric heated wire for our roof which was prone to severe ice dams. He has also in the past year, removed a solar panel on the roof and repaired the roof, replaced a roof drip edge, removed an existing storm damaged fence and replaced the posts and wires, removed a rotten hatchway door and rebuilt a new wooden one, and cut down trees damaged by the October snow storm. He is the first one we call when works needs to be done on the property or on the house.
