HPI Inspection Services

I was looking for a home inspector that not only would be informational, but also be within my budget. I have to say that Mike, who runs and owns the company, was outstanding. He was a thorough as if he was teaching a class and went through everything. I am no novice when it comes to homes, Mike found a lot of things that are often overlooked. Mike did a very professional job in inspecting a home we are considering buying. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He spent over 3-1/2 hours inspecting the home. He explained all of the deficiencies as I accompanied him through the house. His report was excellent. His report has led to the seller offering to fix about half of the deficiencies and reduce the cost of the house by $2000, assuming that we accept the seller's proposal. I highly recommend HPI Inspection Services, they provide great value for a reasonable cost.

Mike was AMAZING! I happened to be stuck in a tricky situation with an untrustworthy realtor and was generally mistrustful of the home buying experience. I anticipated the home inspection being more of the same sort of "Slimy, car salesman" interaction but Mike was fantastic. The inspection took about 3 hours, cost $300, and he left NOT A SINGLE stone unturned. This was not a rush job at all and I would have walked and stood around for 2 more hours if he needed the time. Mike was extremely professional, courteous, and found more problems with the house than I could even imagined existed. HPI is now my "go to" home inspection company!!!
