+ -1 moreContacted GLH pest control to treat for mice and ants. He came once but stated he forgot the ant control for exterior and that he needed to come back the following week anyway to determine if what he set for mice showed any activity. He did not show for appt the following week. I reached out and got no response for several days. He stated he had been injured and was in the hospital. I followed up with him again and he said he didn’t recall if he had come back. Made another appt and again he was a no show. He stated then that he cancelled all his appts due to rain but forgot to reach out to me. Made a third appt and he again was a no show. Attempted several times to reach out again and no response. I requested refund to go somewhere else and he also has not responded. I would like a refund for the $300 paid in cash to him.
Description of Work: When repairing ceiling in bathroom found evidence of mice wanted that treated as well as for some ants in porch.

+ -1 moreI appreciated GLH’s scheduling of a quick appointment and Gary was very punctual. There were no problems.
Description of Work: I called GLH late one afternoon and spoke with Gary, the owner. He came out the next morning and was able to resolve my issue during that appointment, which took about 1-2 hours. He will return in three months to inspect the house again to make sure the matter remains fully resolved (the return visit is included in the initial payment). I plan to have GLH do an annual inspection and treatment to keep the house protected from pests. Gary was personable and fully explained what he was going to do and how it worked. The cost was reasonable and competitive.
