Removed all old materials from our yard and erected a temporary fence for our two lab pups to utilize while they new fence went up. The team was very professional and demonstrated a very strong work ethic. Vinnie will take the time to explain the process and built a strong relationship of trust with us which is very rare in today's world. We were so pleased we have already hired him to add additional vinyl railings to our entry stairs so my disabled mother will be able to enter our home easier. Please have NO hesitations in contracting with East Coast Vinyl as we could not have been more pleased with their services!

All went well at the beginning, Vinnie was precise and gave the estimate immediately. He assured me that the fence would be done within a week. A start date and a finished by date were both listed on my contract. His exact words were "Even if we have to work on a Sunday your fence will be done by the finished date". That was the start of the lying and evasiveness that took place. I was assured at least 3 times that it would be finished "tomorrow". That is because those were the only three times he actually responded to my questioning. There were plenty of beautiful weather days where no one showed up to finish. Then the other days he would send some of his workers who also gave the party line of, "it will be finished tomorrow". Three weeks after the finish date it was finally completed. He offered a small discount since it took so long.

Vinnie was professional, totally responsive, and went above and beyond in terms of taking care of the debris and working with tight constraints (we had other contractors on site as well). Very good company to work with!

They are very professional and punchtual. Vinny, the owner gave me a contract with a start and finish date. He was right on time and had it done in 1 and 1/4 days. It looks beautiful. I had trouble gettig a fence co. They kept putting me off but Vinny came over and we went over everything and the next week he was here. I cant say enough good about this compny. They are outstadng and I would highly recommend them

He did a good job on looking over the job. He was very patient, thorough and I appreciated it. I met him at Hartford Expo. He was in the area the next week and came right away. I was interested in him because of the product and because of Angie’s List rating. He was on time, listened to everything I said, took suggestions and gave me feedback. I had some special requests which he didn't seem to have any problem with. He was very polite, very attentive. He said that he could provide an arbor in the same color as the vinyl fence which wasn't available through another installer. His estimate was lower than everyone else but he said that the prices are going up. When I wanted an estimate from him in writing, I didn't get it so I called him back several times. It seemed difficult to contact him so I dropped the project for awhile.

Vinnie and his crew were great, and the fence looks great. Vinnie took the time to talk over and explain details during the quote process. Part of the fence line is sloped, and the fence section on that slope was well done. There was a misunderstanding (mostly on my part) about the type of posts to be used, which wasn't realized until the materials were delivered. Vinnie re-ordered the correct material without additional charge. In short, a fair company that does quality work.
