Great Job!! I would ask him to come back and do more work, which I know will need to be done.
Description of Work: Dan refinished my basement and has a keen eye for what looks good and still save you money in the process. He listens to your ideas and thoughts on what you invasion the project to look like and adds his own touch.

First contacted this contractor in July. He promised to complete the work the first week in August. Repeatedly he did not show up. Sometimes he called, sometimes we phoned him to try to discover if and when he was going to come. He had endless excuses. (Yes, it is a good question why we didn't just give up then and seek the services of someone else.) When he finally did come, he came one day for 6 hours, but did not finish the work. He did not show up the next day. The following day was a Saturday, so we simply completed the priming and painting ourselves. We actually had to call HIM to request a bill. When it finally did come almost 4 weeks later, it was an unreasonable amount of money for 6 hours of work and was not itemized as we had requested and he had agreed to provide. In a final very unpleasant phone call we agreed to send him the $450 so as to wrap up this extremely unpleasant experience.
Description of Work: Replaced 2 rotten exterior window sills on upstairs dormer of Cape Cod. Replaced 8 shakes on exterior of dormer.
