 + -1 moreDave was personable, prompt and considerate. Most important, his skills are tops, his price more than fair, and his efficiency getting the job done in a timely manner can't be appreciated enough. I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Needed a new hot water heater. Price, expertise and responsiveness could not have been better.

 + -1 moreI called and left message on his answering machine, he called me back that evening and we made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly repaired it. He's very skilled, neat and respectful of my home and property. He works alone, and only does small jobs, but he does them well. His charges are very reasonable and he offers a senior discount. Dave's done work for me for years; garbage disposal installations, water heater installation, I trust and respect him.
Description of Work: Replaced leaky valve on water heater.

 + -1 moreGreat! The contractor, Dave, was courteous, funny, prompt and professional. Bathroom faucet head just needed adjusting. Kitchen faucet had to be replaced as did the drain cup. He did the job quickly and the price was fair. Great experience!
