MOVER BEWARE - YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave negative stars for a review I would. This was a terrible experience. Our piano was dropped and damaged, our dining table was damaged in multiple locations, a brand-new chair was damaged, our treadmill was damaged, an antique cabinet was damaged, an antique dresser was damaged, dishes were broken, our family pictures were shoved into a trash barrel, moving clothes and mattress covers were not used resulting in our mattress pads having to be thrown out. The carelessness in which our items were handled was nothing short of a complete lack of disregard. The .60 cents on the dollar (standard moving contract coverage for damage) does not nearly cover the costs to replace these items and that is all the owner was willing to offer even though the contract obligations were not met by not using the moving clothes to protect our furniture or the mattress covers to protect those as well. As we continue to unpack we continue to find more items. I cannot express enough the complete lack of disregard for our items. Myself, my husband, son, daughter-in law and daughter ended up helping to download items off the trucks to spare more damage and to stop the clock from ticking. Had we not got involved it would have cost that much more and who knows how many more items would have been damaged. THE END RESULT OF USING THIS COMPANY IS WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGED ITEMS. Below are just a few photos of the damaged items. There's plenty more where these came from. We have to seek alternate means to get some of our money back because the owner of this company has zero interest in any kind of monetary reparations. Unfortunately our antique items are not repairable or replaceable so we are stuck with the end result of their careless work ethic

The whole experience with the Castle Express Moving is wonderful. I am moving to Pittsburgh and I needed help to load my furniture and the boxes into the cubes provided by U Pack. From the beginning, Joe provided the right advice for planning my moving. Joe and Jason came right on time today. They were extremely professional and did their job very efficiently. They move every furniture very diligently. I am highly impressed with their quality of service, professionalism and behavior. I will strongly recommend them to anybody for moving.
