Description of Work: Carl Philbrick (owner) did an outstanding job with his work on my Whirlpool Refrigerator/Freezer. The Office Staff was also nice to deal with. Very happy w/ the entire repair service. The freezer drain trough had frozen up and water was dripping onto my hardwood floor. Carl made the necessary repairs and we haven't had a drop of water on the floor since. I would recommend Carl's Appliance to my friends. |

Description of Work: The woman who took my call was extremely nice and very helpful!!! She asked me the issues and walked me through some suggestions to try before investing in sending someone out to look at it.

Description of Work: Washer would not spin, serviceman quickly diagnosed problem (electrical switch) and repaired in under 10 min. Previous appointments had made service call about 30 min. late, office staff assured me someone was still coming and offered to contact field agent and provide me with ETA.

Description of Work: Carl's Appliance Svc replaced the part in the washer in September and found that some pieces that should have been removed during the installation were not removed.

Description of Work: Carl's Appliance came out when tenant's of mine began to experience issue's with the washer machine not draining properly at my house. Carl's was able to set up an appointment with my tenants the very next day. After troubleshooting the issue, they determined what the problem was (pump responsible for draining the washer was worn out and not working properly). Since they didn't have the part on hand to fix the problem during their first visit, they needed to check their inventory and/or ordered the part. Either way, they needed to make a return visit. For the meanwhile, they showed my tenants how to drain the washer in case they needed to do a load or two while the part was on order. They followed up with me with a quote and an honest assessment of whether it was going to be worth fixing this issue. Luckily the assessment was that my older model washer/dryer unit had some life left, and fixing it verses replacing it was the way to go. I appreciated their honestly since they could have tried to sell me a new unit. With this quote, they also informed me that part needed to be ordered, and that would take about a week. Once the part was received, they made a follow up appointment with the tenants and fixed the washer. They made one last follow-up call to me after the washer was fixed to inform me of the final price and that payment would be posted to my card. The only room for improvement would have been if they followed-up with my tenants after the first visit (and after they talked to me) to give them an approximate time frame for their return. This was not too big of an issue since we (tenants and I) touched based the next day. However I was surprised that they were not made aware that the part was on order, and it would take about a week.
