Keith was super responsive, visiting the job site immediately, getting me a price when he said he would, and starting as soon as he could given the weather. Since we were no longer in the area, he texted pictures of the problem areas and how he and his team fixed them. Our neighbors report the job site inside and out was in perfectly clean condition when the team was done with the job. In addition, he offered advice on another couple of jobs we needed done at the house.

My home needed a roof replacement. I had several contractors evaluate its condition and provide an estimate. Keith stood out because of his very detailed aproach to correcting the leaks that were in existence. His price was competitive and he was very reponsive whenever I needed to contact him. He and his crew carried out the work on schedule and in a professional manner. Their clean up of the site was meticulous. In short: A job well done!

I was very happy with Keith's responsiveness and communication. The work could not be performed until the weather warmed. Keith kept in touch, periodically updating me on the anticipated start date. When the work began the crew worked from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and, with the exception of some trim work, completed it in one day.

Everything went very well! The whole crew came on time and Keith, the owner, showed up as well. Exhaust fans were also installed at no extra labor cost. All the work that was expected was done and Keith even fixed a roofing problem we had with our sunroom. I would recommend Keith and his crew in a heartbeat and I would hire him again if needed, Very impressed!!

Keith was a pleasure to work with. From the first conversation to the final walk through, he said what he would do and did what he said. His prices are very competitive especially considering the materials and craftsmanship. The job went as expected. The work was very good, and the team that worked on the house was excellent and professional.

Keith and his crew were awesome!! Despite the snow and cold temperatures they re-roofed my entire house and fixed the holes caused by a fallen tree!! Keith kept me updated when the snow delayed them and showed up promptly at 7am each morning. His team was polite and courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. I haven’t found a single nail on the ground! I would hire him again in a second!

The roofing crew showed up on time on the scheduled start date and worked continuously through the day to strip and replace the shingles. I expressed some concern for certain areas of the roof line (due to an addition that we had put on) and the crew provided professional insight as to how they would address the issues. The crew spent the next three days completing the shingling and skylight replacement work and did a great job from preparation, installation and cleanup of the work area. They were very careful in replacing the skylights and there was minimal work required to repair the opening around the new skylight openings. I would highly recommend this company if you need any roof related work done on your house. Careful attention was paid to all details of the job. The crew was very Professional, friendly, a pleasure to work with. It was a job well done.

Keith was great to work with. The owner always handled my calls and questions. He gave me a great no-pressure quote and helped to speed me through the process (I had an active leak and there was a lot of rain in the forecast). He answered all my questions quickly, and had sample shingles dropped off when I was ready to choose a color. When I gave him my selection all the materials were delivered to my house the same day! His crew did the full job in a single work day and left the property spotless. The dumpster was picked up the next morning. I'm very happy with my new roof and I will definitely recommend Keith to anyone!

It went great. The roof and sky lights were done in one day. The shutters were done another day. All turned out beautiful. Workers cleaned everything up when done.

It went very well. Keith came out and gave me a quote for the work. I tried looking at two other places but both came in higher than Keith's original quote. After receiving those two quotes I called Keith back and asked a few questions about adding some additional work to the roof. This brought up the total cost of the job to about the same as one of the other companies, but they hadn't factored in the extra work. So he still had the best price of all three. Keith was very responsive to all my questions throughout the process. They started the work on a Friday and finished up everything on Monday. That was even with only working part of the day on Saturday because of rain. Everyone working on the job was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. They were very careful around our landscaping and cleaned everything up after the work was done. All in all we were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Keith Gauvin Carpentry to anyone needing a new roof.

Finished product looks great. Only slip was a modest tire track on front lawn. Very professional. I'd definitely use him again, for roofing or carpentry.

Excellent. Keith responded promptly when I requested a quote. Once we decided to have the work done, it was scheduled for the following week and completed in one day. The materials and dumpster arrived the day before the work was done and was removed the day after completion. There was no damage to any of the shrubbery and virtually no nails or shingle pieces were left behind. Keith's bid was not the lowest but the quality of the work done was worth the extra cost.
