Keith was very responsive and kept me up to date on scheduling and status. He addressed any concerns I had about the how the new roof and gutters would be setup including fully covering a part of roof with less pitch in full ice/rain barrier. They finished the large complicated roof as well as gutters & guards in 4 days. From the time I told them I wanted to move forward until completion was much quicker than I thought it would be. Overall I’d very much recommend Keith for roofing and gutter replacements.

Great. Keith was in contact and updated me on the start and they arrived when promised. The crew was terrific and the roof looks great. I was thankful that they took care to replace any rotten wood and install better venting to reduce moisture in the attic. Finally, they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. I was astonished at the care the crew took to clean up before departing. As for pricing, Keith was responsive when I requested an estimate and the price was the more competitive than another vendor.

Keith and his team were exceptional. We had a severe roof leak and were in a time crunch with the first winter storm of the season coming on. Keith coordinated tarping the roof leaks with our insurance company initially, and then his crew actually arrived a day early to begin. Keith and his crew worked on our roof in 33 degree weather with wind gusts to 23 mph to get the job done before the storm hit. In spite of the harsh conditions, and their having to replace numerous sheets of rotted plywood, they still took the time to do a detailed cleanup of the site the night before the storm We were totally satisfied with the work and the dedication that they brought to the task. We recommend them highly.

Very well! Throughout the entire process from his quote to completion, Keith was very professional and responsive to any questions that I had. As far as the job, Keith and his crew replaced my 25 year old roof in a day and a half. They were efficient, cleaned up nicely, and did a great job! Keith Gauvin was recommended to me by a family member who also had their roof redone. Keith's quote was $500 cheaper than the next closest quote I received. I found Keith very personable and very easy to work with. Keith's crew showed up on time and ready to work. They took all the necessary precautions to cover the house with large tarps, etc. They stripped two layers of shingles and then seemed to take great care installing ice and water guard. They even removed siding in certain spots to run it up exterior walls. One of the crew members went above and beyond by taking the time to remove and refurbish a hood vent exhaust cover for me. The cover was rusty and the paint was chipping off it. He sanded it down and spray painted it black for me. It blends in nicely with the new roof and looks great. This crew works hard, they put in about 12 hours of work and finished our job in one day. They did a good job cleaning up all the debris at the end of the job. During our job a hand rail near our front door was inadvertently damaged/knocked loose (not a huge deal). Keith took the time to return to my house a few days later to fix my railing and make sure I was satisfied. While he was there I had asked him to install some cheap gutter guards on one section. He didn't like the way they were fitting and instead he installed a screen over that whole section of gutter. He didn't charge me anything for the extra work or materials. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with it. Also, since Keith is a GAF certified contractor I am eligible to apply to GAF for a $250 rebate that they offer to Veterans.

When talking with Kevin Gauvin during the bidding process, his knowledge of roofing was evident. He offered suggestions on replacing the old shingles and described how the work would be done. He willingly increased the scope of work when asked and Kevin's follow-up was very good. The price for the job was competitive with those of other bidders. During the installation, Kevin texted to me pictures of his workers' progress and along with the estimated time of completion. The workers were efficient and the installation went very well. Cleanup of materials and removal of the dumpster from my property happened as promised plus there were quick answers from Kevin to my questions after the works was done. Would hire Kevin again for future work. His professionalism and efficient, good work warrant this excellent rating.

Prompt response for quote request. Decent phone/e-mail communications with Keith while work pending (required separate shingle vendor visit and dumpster placement in driveway). Job completed in one day. No shrub or lawn damage. Clean up satisfactory.

Keith and his staff were 100% professional. After a nasty rain storm, water was leaking into my daughters bedroom window. I called Keith first thing in the morning and he came over right away. He got right up on the roof and put tarps done to prevent any further leaks (it was going to rain for the next couple days). As soon as the rain stopped Keith showed up the next day and stripped and re-shingled my whole roof in one day. I would suggest Keith to anyone looking for quality and professional roofing.

When I woke up one Tuesday morning to a large, dripping water spot on my bedroom ceiling, I knew it was time to call a roofer and have my roof inspected (shame on me, it was a small leak that I let go for too long!). Naturally, relying on references from family and close friends, and looking at reviews on the internet, I called around to a couple different roofers and found Keith Gauvin Roofing. Keith was the most responsive and reasonable person I spoke to. Keith was able to came over that afternoon to take a look at my roof, to see if there was any major issues that could be repaired. During his inspection, he found nothing very apparent that could cause the leak, but he noticed that there was a lot of damaged shingles (cracking, etc.). Judging by the pictures he showed me, it was evident that it was time for a new roof. While at my house, Keith put together an estimate for a re-roofing. The price was reasonable and I found that Keith to be very honest and took the time to answer all my questions. He was also able to book the job quickly, given we were leaving for a vacation the following Monday (with remnants of Hurricane Florence headed our way that week!). I accepted his offer on the spot. When Saturday came around, Keith and crew re-roofed my house, as well as put a fresh layer of shingles on our shed (to match the house). I was amazed at how efficient the crew was - they arrived at 8:00 AM sharp and were finished by 3:00 PM. The quality of work appears to be outstanding too - we have had some significant rains since the job was completed, and I'm happy to say that I have no leaking! Though, I am glad that Keith warranty's his work for 5 years, on top of the lifetime materials warranty from GAF. I was also impressed with the clean up - having a little one, I was nervous about finding nails and debris around the yard after the job was done - to date, I haven't found anything. Given the quality of work and the ease of working with Keith, I would absolutely hire him again and would highly recommend them!

He kept me informed of the progress and provided updates throughout the time of construction. The job was completed in the timeline we agreed upon and his price was competitive and fair. I’d solicit Keith to complete a project at my home in the future.

The job went very well and the new roof looks great. Keith provided a fair price for the work that was performed. He was able to do it on an expedieated basis in 2 and 1/2 days as the roof was leaking. The roofing team were at the house every morning on time and worked safely through out the job.

Very well. Company was in constant communication prior to the job at hand and answered all questions promptly. A dumpster was used for the job and the next morning the dumpster was removed from the driveway. Workers cleaned up yard very well to insure that bits of shingles were all removed. Lastly, I wrote to the company specifically Keith and I told him that I had no use for the left over shingles and to my surprise they were picked up the following day.

Very smoothly! Keith and his team took care of most of while we were on our way from vacation! They worked 7am to 6pm. They had to rebuild the plywood in several areas as our roof was at the end of its life. They were punctual, prompt, meticulous! Excellent work! Keith was professional, patient, and honest. The only roof company that took pictures and got on the roof during torrential rains. Followed up immediately with a quote and got to work! Part of GAF and offered a labor plus gaf warranty. Don’t mess around with a roof! We are interested in hiring him again for carpentry on our porch and fireplace once roof season slows down.
