All went well, Keith and his crew worked very efficiently once they got started, things moved along very quickly. My home has quite a steep roof, other contractors did not want to attempt the job. Most impressive, was that the work site was tidy and clean every evening when they all left for the day.

Mr Gauvin was very professional. He was courteous. He promptly answered all emails. He submitted a contract, did the work and left everything clean and in order. I am sure to use him in the future.

Remodeling a bath while living in the house is not easy. Keith and his team were punctual, professional, and extremely neat and tidy. I had an idea of exactly what I wanted. Keith understood better options, patiently walked me through them, and then delivered. I am very glad that I listened to his recommendations. (moving sink from one wall to another for flow, etc. Keith was very comfortable with bumping out a wall (removing a closet) and was great with how the marble would look, building perfectly plumb walls for glass shower walls to attach, curb for Schluter system drains. Further, his plumber and electrician - showed up the days that they were supposed to, did clean work, etc - Keith supervised very step of the way. For the results, the price was great. Keith allowed me to supply whatever I wanted to reduce cost, and go through him for whatever I wanted. It worked out perfectly. I have a sixteen year old daughter, I am far to smart to renovate the guest bath until she is off to college - but when I do, Keith is the only call that I would make. I have had success and disasters with contractors. Keith was the best contractor that I have ever worked with. I have a buddy using him now, and I cannot recommend enough.

I purchased my house last year and prior to that it had been very neglected for the past 25 years. I was feeling slightly overwhelmed because nearly everything on the exterior of the house needs to be replaced. Keith came out, listened to my ideas, and helped me come up with a plan. Keith gave me advanced notice about when the materials would arrive and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. They replaced the roofing and it's now better than it ever was. They also replaced all of the trim boards with low maintenance trim so it will last a very long time. They boxed in my soffits, so now my roof and all of the trim around it is brand new. I was glad to see the job site was always cleaned up and all of the trash was in the dumpster. I didn't need to do anything. Normally, I like to do my own work and I'm a real stickler for quality work. But for this job I don't have all of the tools, nor do I have the time right now. I was glad to see every detail was done right, even the flashing on the chimney was done nicer than I could do myself. Give this guy a call if you are looking for quality work done for a reasonable price. Job well done! Five stars!

Once ground was broken, Keith and his crew worked efficiently and quickly and still had time for constant communication with us to make sure we were happy during the process. His construction crew is made up of his relatives who work at an unbridled pace and had the framing, roofing and siding up in no time. If we were concerned with any aspect of the work, he was always a quick phone call away. If he was unavailable to talk, it was no more than a half hour before you get a call back. As with any type of construction, there were some issues that come up(delivery of bathroom fixtures,tile, vanities)but they were handled with extreme professionalism and in the end, we couldn't be happier with the results. He still checks in occasionally to make sure we are still happy. Keith is an expert in what he does and also possesses great communication skills with his customers.

Overall excellent job. Very professional operation. All work was done on time and on budget. Workers were very conscientious and cleaned up so well when they were done that you couldn't even tell they were here. The craftsmanship was top notch and we are very happy how everything came out. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Keith and his crew to work around our property. We will be calling on his services again in the future.

We hired Keith to finish our basement, creating a living area and handicapped accessible bathroom. He listened carefully to exactly what we wanted and came up with a perfect design plan. From the very first day he came to survey the project, right through completion, he was extremely professional, reliable, hardworking and fantastic with communication. I never had to wonder what would happen next--- he kept me regularly informed. His dedicated work ethic and attitude of doing "whatever it takes" we're refreshing to witness after having had some unfortunate, negative experiences with contractors recently. He and his crew did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the quality of work and finished product. Everyone who sees it says "Can I move in here??!" TOP NOTCH contractor!!!! Don't hesitate one minute to hire Keith Gauvin.

Excellent!!! Keith was very prompt when we first contacted him for the quote for the service. His contract was professionally typed and very detailed. He kept us informed regularly as to when the job would be started. Keith and his team were prompt, courteous, and professional during the entire project. All debris was nicely picked up and discarded upon completion. I was so pleased that I am working with Keith now on another project to close in our side porch.

We planned for three bids, but Keith was the second to arrive and when my wife saw the back of his SUV she decided he was the one to go with. His car was open in the back and my wife saw a clean, orderly arrangement over a neatly arranged blanket. Being a neat freak herself, she would look no further. Keith was very professional in explaining exactly what he would do and why each step was necessary. He provided samples of the shingles and let the wife change her mind a couple of times. The work was scheduled for August, but we put it off 'till October, at our request, because it was so hot up on the roof in the summer. The material was delivered on Monday and a crew arrived Tuesday morning to begin a 3 day (Keith's estimate) job. Things went easier than he thought and the job was finished in one day. The house was draped so none of the shrubs were damaged and by the time the crew left all the debris was cleaned up including using a large magnet on wheels to pick up any nails. Hopefully this will prevent any flat tires on my mower. I would highly recommend Keith Gauvin as a roofer based on price, professionalism and the quality of his work.

It went excellent. We were out of our house for the duration of the work so speed was important to us. He was extremely efficient and punctual, always there when he said he'd be and on time. He also took great care to contain the construction mess and avoid any damage to the other parts of the house. His employees were all very courteous and conscientious. The final product came out beautiful.

Keith called back promptly to discuss what the project was. He scheduled an appointment to come out and inspect and then had an estimate that day. He scheduled and completed the projected as planned. He left with everything cleaned up. Very polite professional crew also.
