Did exactly what we agreed to. Jason held to the estimate despite taking longer than he planned for. When the job ran over, he re-arranged his schedule to come back to complete the project in just a couple of days.

Jason with Jade Construction was a pleasure to work with. He came out on a rainy day to walk my project- hole in the backyard that need filling from the previous owners pool surround and leveling the side yard to make way for a patio. I had a quote later that day that was reasonable and fair. We scheduled the job fast. He and his worker arrived as scheduled with the machine got right to work moving dirt & leveling. They brought in 4 loads of dirt and made everything look exactly as we agreed within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking for some leveling, fill and top soil work. Very pleasant to work with. Btw, I didn’t ask for them to include grass seed in the job. I did that myself the next day. But Jason did ask.

I don't believe the 2.5 hours of work that was done by this company was competitive for the industry. We were also told that they would replant the plants they removed, then at completion of the job we were told that they don't do that (we knew they could possibly not survive a replanting but still wanted to try). Misrepresented themselves and just felt we were taken advantage of. Do shop around first before you hire.

They solved a water problem at a window well with simple regrading and layering in hard packed process to encourage the water to drain away from the house. Jason was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and providing a solution. It was a relatively small job that I was having trouble getting a contractor to pay attention to. Jade construction was very helpful and customer friendly. Got the job done quickly.

The owner was pleasant to deal with and was quick to respond with a proposal and completed the project to my satisfaction in a timely manner

This is one of the best companies that I have hired. They have excellent communication skills and work ethic. They keep me up to date during the entire project. They also keep to the tight schedule we had before the closing of the sale of my mom's house. I recommend this company and especially Diane and Jason to my realtor and my neighbors.
