Atlas Overhead Door Sales

The Atlas technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving, once he arrived he repeated the problem I had explained when I called and made the appointment over the phone. I showed him the issue and told him I would like him to check out all the pulleys to make sure the same thing does not happen again on any of the other pulleys. He replaced the broken pulley and added washers to another pulley so it would not happen to that one also. Once he finished he told me and showed me what he had done and gave me the invoice. Job completed in less than 20 minutes. James, the technician, could not have been more professional. I would recommend to anyone and definitely use them in the future.

The door had just stopped opening. Another company, which was a chain, came out twice and couldn't fix it. Overall there was a delay of over a month. I purchased a special through Angie's list for Atlas. Atlas is not a chain and they provide excellent service. Scheduling was no problem and everyone was on the same page. James was prompt and professional and he fixed it very quickly. I'll use Atlas in the future.

It went well. Although the service cost about $100 more than the $69 special, we knew that there was extra maintenance that had to be performed and thought that the price was fair.

received email stating that they normally did not service this town but would honor the deal and made arrangements for day of service. received call from technician who was very prompt and courteous. explained every detail and answered every question. performed all repairs and cleaned up while he worked. very organized. had correct springs for a solid very heavy door. advised of potential upcoming repairs. made sure i was completely satisfied before he left .

It was so so. The initial thing was good but they found another problem and charged me double what I originally spent. I was satisfied with the person that did the work. They found a problem in another door and it took 20 minutes or so and they were already here, that was my only concern. They came out around the time of the purchase. They charged me more than the big deal price because they found another problem.

Paul was very professional, explained all details from size of door hinges (a tad bit too short!), to plastic vs. nylon rollers with ball bearings and where I needed to keep things lubricated and where to purchase the appropriate lubricant. His office had called first thing in the morning and advised that the "technician" would arrive between 9 am and noon, but he arrived closer to 12:30. Overall, however, I was pleased with the service and would use this company again.

Scheduling was quick. When the crew arrived, they told us about additional repairs the garage door would need, so the new opener wouldn't be burned out like the previous owner's had been. We expected the door needed repairs. They quoted us a fair price on the spot, did the necessary repairs, installed the opener, and were out of there. A job done well and efficiently. This German approves.

Although this was a relatively simple service the provider was prompt and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided suggestions for future maintenance of our garage doors,

Before technician left, he stated that everything was working well but because it is an old opener,he left a quote - written on his business card - for a totally new system, about $425.00. The same day he was there, the door stopped working. In order to operate it I had to stand inside the garage and keep my finger on the button until the door was completely opened or closed. I called the company and asked if they would schedule a return visit to make an adjustment the next time they.were in the neighborhood. The woman declined claiming, "You have an old system; that is why he left you a proposal." A week of inconvenience later, I had an electrician working look at it and in about two minutes or less, lmade an adjustment and it has been working fine since. I called Angie's List to complain and they asked me to propose a resolution. I suggested a fifty per cent refund on the amount I has paid. Once again, Atlas Door declined. When I need a new system, they are the LAST company I will call. USE ATLAS OVERHEAD DOOR SALES AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Overall superior experience Paul and his team led by Dean. Did great job start to finish with estimates, to ordering custom doors to installation and further to slight adjustments after installation. I highly recommend.

They did fine. The service they provided was $120 but the parts they used to replace it cost more than that. I think the springs were so expensive. It was almost like the Angie's List thing was to come on and what they were really trying to do was to sell expensive replacement parts.

Showed up on time and finished quickly. Keypad installed promptly. Garage door was found to be operating correctly so no further work was necessary.

There isn't that much to an install like this, but the man arrived on time with the proper equipment and got right to work. There was some carpentry involved along with the wiring?he seemed adept at both. After maybe three hours he tested both doors (including the one on which he had replaced the springs) and that was it. That was roughly sixteen months ago no problems since.

From start to finish this was the absolute best experience I've had on Angies List. I was scheduled within 24 hours of purchasing the deal, and 3 days later, the work is already complete. The installer arrived on time and completed the install in just under an hour. He said my receipt would be emailed to me by the office staff and I received it less than 24 hours after the install. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating! Overall, a wonderful experience!

Service provider was professional. Quickly identified issue with garage door and informed me as to why it would not open all the way. Fixed the door track system upon request. Service did not take long. Was pleased with quality. Overall great experience.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The technician arrived early, was pleasant assessed the problem and quickly arrived at a solution. I would recommend them highly. It made me wonder why I had not gotten this taken care of earlier.

Initial contact with Heidi was pleasant and informative. Scheduled date was met and all work done in a friendly and professional manner. James, the technician explained everything he was going to do and completed all requested tasks in a timely manner. He left the garage clean and removed all trash including the old inoperative door opener. I would definitely use their services again and would refer all others to this company.

He replaced the rollers as per the offer, then recommended replacing the springs, rollers, and cables as well. I agreed and work was done in a timely fashion without issue. Offered to do similar work for second garage door, but I declined as I do not use the second door often. The only concern I had was with how credit card payment was taken. He did not have a remote terminal or anything, so he wrote down all of the info (including CVV if I recall correctly) on the hand written invoice to process later. The invoice I received via email was computer generated and not just a scanned image of the original, so that's good, but I can only hope the original was destroyed, as the CVV is never supposed to be stored.

they were on time, assessed the problem , gave me my options and prices. Although the deal was not for the product that I had purchased but a tune up on my old garage opener , they were willing to incorporate that price as part of the new one. they were finished in a timely matter , answered all my questions and removed all the old parts

We have been dealing with a different company for years: for the past few years have not been happy with them. We went to Angie's List and decided to call Atlas Overhead Garage Doors. James Harris from Atlas arrived on time, was capable, professional, did an excellent job. This company will be called for all future overhead door problems. James Harris is a credit to this company. First of all thanks for the outstanding and way beyond service by the agent. I had a problem on Friday and immediately i ordered the service and the person came exact time what i was given and did the work fully and also did fixed the cable which is not in the service with out any fee. This is the service i am looking. BTW i recommend this company for the garage service. So i will use them for any garage door services from on wards. Once gain thanks to the service and timely help. really appreciate for the James who fixed and the customer service person Heidi Millett from the ATlas Note: James who came to fix is the best i see rarely like this person in the Industry . I am so happy with the work. I had called for the daily deal of new rollers for one door for $99. Had that been all I got, it would have been a bit of a bust--maybe new rollers would make a door run more smoothly, but it wouldn't have fixed my broken door. The person who came called his office after telling me I needed a new spring, and they agreed to replace the spring as well for $125 extra, half off the 100 cost of a new spring plus $75 for labor. When the entire job was done (in less than an hour) I asked about getting a remote that worked for that door. That cost only $49, so I got another one for my other door. The mechanic was very professional and worked quickly and now my garage all works! Setting up the appointment was easy. There was an emergency and they couldn't come at 9 as originally scheduled, but they called at 8:30 to tell me about the emergency, and to say they'd come at about 10:30 and did come then.
