Description of Work: They replaced a garage door opener and broken cables. The work was good quality, but it wound up being more than I was expecting, and the invoices for the work were confusing. Also, the worker was late arriving because he started heading to Chester, CT instead of Chester, MA. Next time I need garage door work done I will use someone more local.

Description of Work: My garage remote wasn't working when i called to make arrangement the receptionist led me to believe that the process was difficult to reprogram the remote.when the technician arrived he only had to push one button motor and one button on remote process took less than 3 min

Description of Work: I had a garage door that did not close completely, and without recognizing that to be the case, I went to back into the bay and tore up the bottom edge molding and the bottom panel of the existing door. It was an old, cheap door that was used when the house was built, thus it could not be repaired, so I had to replace both garage doors (of course, to have them match). I was concerned because I had some valuable items in the garage and I was unable to close the damaged door, so I called and requested service as promptly as they could manage. They fit me on the schedule promptly with an opening that would have allowed replacement of only the bad door at first, but at least it would have allowed me to lock my garage shut to protect my belongings, and then they could return to replace the other door later. As it turned out, they had a cancellation one day, and they just showed up at my house to see if I was available and installed both doors together, just two days after I initially contacted them. The installer, Dean, was very professional and in addition to changing the doors, he helped me out by calibrating my garage door remote opener for the second door and setting the code for both of the keypads on the door frames, as I have a physical handicap and was unable to do that for myself. I was very satisfied with the work and the intentional promptness.

Description of Work: Performed garage door tune-up from Big Deal, and replaced worn cables and pulleys for an additional fee. Very quick, efficient and professional!

Description of Work: replaced rollers and cables and balanced both doors for me. Much safer now and won't overtax the motor. The technician was very experienced and gave me good advice. The price was a little high I thought but worth it to get it all done asap and with an experienced person who was professional.

Description of Work: They're not cheap, but they provide a service I think people would want. They put a very good product in, they're quick to respond, and someone else I recommended them to was also satisfied with their work.

Description of Work: Provider was scheduled between 9-12 to arrive. still not arrived by noon. When I called office theyacknowleged he was runing late and apologized that no one thought to call. Asked if I would take service anyhow;bI declined since I had had surgery only a few days before and was already tired waiting. Rescheduled for a specific date and time later this month. Person arrived after I had already rescheduled. Told him to call his office; appt had been rescheduled. He did not even apologize for being late. I will re- review once service is performed if appt actually kept as promised. Otherwise, will also look for a refund fom Angie's List.
