Description of Work: I got a garage door tune-up as I requested for $69.00. I was told my Garage Opener was old and needed replacing. I was offered a new system for several hundred dollars which I refused. I was told that if I called them back in the future to get the work done, I would have to pay approx. $125 additional as their return fee. I was happy with the tune-up.

Description of Work: The routine "tune up" to fix an issue with one of the doors turned up several problems that we reviewed and then agreed to address. I've worked with this firm before (they installed the doors almost 20 years ago) and they were, again, professional, knowledgeable and competent. I had a choice and opted for a slightly more costly approach to fix the problems and am comfortable that the firm was reasonable in its pricing and honest with its recommendations.

Description of Work: Lack of professionalism. I had my garage door already scheduled for installation but it had not yet been performed when I called the company to evaluate a friend's need for a new garage door. I called twice and no one ever called her back. No one ever evaluated the garage door. Later,at the time of my new garage door installation, the Worker broke a glass window in old garage door as he was removing it. He did clean up most of the glass but not all of it. After installation of new garage door, a mess was left behind in garage for me to clean up. Worker doing the installation was more interested in promoting his own side-business of fixing problems with garage doors and installing new ones than doing the current job. He even called me the next day to talk to a neighbor about using his side-business. I would not do business with them again.
