The service guys were very professional and punctual, as well as friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the work and of the equipment. Their work was thorough and they always went the "extra mile" to do little things that needed to be done that I may not have noticed. Excellent quality service overall and I would definitely use them again if the need arises. I was also impressed that they didn't try to sell me on other unnecessary services to make more money.

It went well, they were courteous. I asked them to quote a replacement door, I'm waiting to hear from their sales rep about it.

Not only did he fix the rollers but also the operator which had lost a bolt PLUS the door hinges which had been installed incorrectly. All at no extra cost but a modest trip fee, saving me hundreds! Atlas is highly professional, easy to work with, ETHICAL (here's a concept these days), and I am proud to recommend with or without a special. Heidi was also a pleasure to work with in terms of scheduling. All-around Excellence!

He charged me an additional $75 for adjusting the tension. His price was reasonable, I was not expecting the extra work that he did but I do see that it was something that was necessary. The door works very well. He was prompt, pleasant, and explained everything that he needed to do. He diagnosed a problem that he was aware of. He did it thoroughly; I was very happy with his work and his demeanor. I would recommend him.

Atlas repairman came out, did no actual repair, was unfriendly, said the door and motor were unfixable, quoted $800 for a new, uninsulated door and $400 to put in a new motor. We wanted another opinion, so called another (angies list vendor, A&N) who came out, promptly repaired the old door, cables and motor for $98. We were so impressed that we had A&N replace the door for $700, now we have a new, insulated, automatic door for $500 less than Atlas.

I was able to fix the door myself so I didn’t need to use the deal.

It went fine. He was quick and efficient and the door opens and closes smoother with less noise.

Replaced garage door as agreed in estimate. Had a question after the fact and they came out immediately to inspect and explain.

I was not able to be there for the appointment but my wife said that the tech, Rob, was very professional.

It was an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They explained what they were going to do and what the product was. It's a father and son business. I felt comfortable dealing with them. They were the ones who came to explain what they were going to do and they were the ones that did the work. They came when they said they were going to come. They took the amount of time they said they were going to take. When they left, the job was completed and it was done right. They cleaned up after themselves. There were no problems. I should have that kind of experience all the time. I did get them from Angie's List and that's why I still remain on it.

They were excellent. I liked their service, their timeliness, and their competitive pricing. It took them a couple of hours when they were here for installation.
