The company came out to do the work. Unfortunately for me I needed a new motor so the Big Deal I purchased I wasn't able to use. I have requested a refund for the Big Deal. They did however do great work. I was very pleased with the company and I will definitely use them in the future if I need anymore work done.

It went very well. They called and made an appointment. They came when they were supposed to, they repaired it and then left.

The representative came out and let me know it's not what I need. He said I needed a new motor for the garage door instead which I am purchasing. He will be taking care of the garage for me.

first visit was for rollers, had to reschedule due to technicians being sick. Rollers replaced on time once rescheduled. Happy with service so we ordered Weather guards for both doors. Scheduled visit needed to be rescheduled again due to miscommunication between techs. Side guards were in one truck and bottom guards were in another. Showed up for the rescheduled appointment with 1/2 hour remaining. work was done right, service was good, price for parts good, price for installation a little high.

The service worked out fine. They came shortly I purchased the Big Deal. I spent about $500 or $600. The overall service was very good. He did a nice job. He was right here on time and did what he said he was going to do. The reason that they were giving a deal was they knew that they would be able to come in. Typically, I get most people out of bad ads, but I did not realize it at that time. So, I more than paid for their fair service. They did quality work.

Took advantage of the special roller replacement deal. We have two custom garage doors (~360 lbs each) which were originally installed with standard plastic rollers (not right for these heavy carriage doors) and we replaced those with ball bearing rollers. The doors were also not opening and closing properly - sometimes jumping out of the track. The fix was straightforward and required that the support cables be re-wound. They also re-set the travel distance of the doors. Overall, great job. Fast, professional, and knowledgeable staff who was easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Fixed my garage door and he did a good job.

When the technician first arrived to our home, his first comment was that we lived "way out there" and that it took him a long time to get there for just a tune up and roller replacement. My wife called me and asked if I had paid him already because he was sort of rude. I informed her I did pay in advance so he proceeded to change the rollers on one of the doors. The door does work now, and that was not always the case before, but it does make lots of noise and I'm hoping it works when the weather turns really cold, which was a problem before the tune up. This may not be a reflection on the entire organization and the technician was maybe having a tough day, but it was not a good first impression.

Contractor was punctual, pleasant and provided the expected services. Also pointed out farther areas needing service without any pressure to immediately take care of it.

It was a service I could have passed on, but the provider was very good.

My garage door is working much more smoothly now.

The installer showed up within the promised time. did a very thorough inspection of our garage door and replaced all the parts that were needed, greased the mechanism and was very nice and professional and courteous.

I decided to use a different company closer to my home recommended by friends for slightly higher quality at a about the same price.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee for the remote. One technician came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. He really seemed to care about the quality of work he was doing. He did a good job with the installation. There was a slight mix up about the time he was supposed to be at the house for the job, but he showed up eventually. I had no problem scheduling the deal or contacting the company.

Although I wasn't home it appears all work done professionally and Paul followed up with a quote for another project. Garage door working much better!

I saw the Big Deal special/coupon for $129.00 for a tune up of your system, lube, rollers, install wireless keypad and new remote. This was reasonable to me so I signed up and paid by Pay Pal. According to the installer, my system was so old, the coupon service could not be performed as paid for. We verbally agreed on replacing the opener, installing new rollers, wireless keypad and remote for a total of $541.87. This price was also reasonable to me since his initial ?off the cuff? quote was a ?little over $600. I did the math in my head, that deducting the $129 already paid, my out of pocket amount was to be $421.87 that day. The opener was wired and installed, however, the job took longer than expected because the door was originally installed incorrectly. The work did get done and appears satisfactory to date. I recommend getting your price in writing and insisting that any amount previously paid be noted on the invoice/estimate BEFORE the work is started. I did not follow this rule for this job and miscommunication was the result. It took over a month to come to an agreement with the help of an Angie?s List coordinator, all of which could have been avoided.

Amazing experience. Prompt, quick, excellent work, smart technician. Absolutely terrific company and if I had more garage doors, would use this company for them too. But I don't, so best I can do is HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to everyone!

Replaced four (4) springs two on each door; replaced rollers on one door; replaced three (3) cable tension pulleys. Labor charge $75.00 rest materials.

Same as above. He was on time, clean, professional and definitely knew the business. Very good.

It went well. The worker arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended repairs. He also recommended that I replace the other spring and pulley since it's better to have them installed in pairs; it seemed like a reasonable suggestion so I went with it. He finished within an hour, which was preferable since their hourly labor cost is a bit high ($140/hr). The parts were slightly more expensive than he'd estimated, but not by enough to make a difference. The door now runs smoothly. Job satisfactorily done.

They showed up on time, but the door wasn't working properly at the time. I thought it might be the rollers, but it was something the fellow could not fix as they do not service those types of doors. He was very helpful in explaining what the problem was.

The entire process was smooth. Paul Longo was efficient, proficient, and professional.

replaced rollers and one of the springs for the double door. also adjusted the sensitivity of the door. It closes perfectly now, smooth and without a thud. Quick, courteous, nice work.

The service was performed as advertised by Atlas. Atlas also found that two worn out cable pulleys and was able to replace them at the same time.
