We decided to take advantage of PerfectView's plumbing promotion and after describing and sending photos of the leaky valve with the sales/office representative an appointment was set. The service tech arrived on time, and was entirely pleasant and professional. However the leaky valve proved to be above and beyond the tools at hand and capability. After replacing a part that he thought was the culprit turned the water on and ... leaked as before. I later learned after hiring a professional plumber that the situation was a bit unusual but a quick and easy fix. Outfitted with a very common plumbing tool he was able to resolve the issue in minutes. However we were out the charge for the extra service call and two parts. We called the office twice prior to submitting this review but no call back. Our takeaway and advice is when you have plumbing issues - call a plumber not a remodeling shop.

I contacted Ruth to get an estimate to remodel all three bathrooms in my new home. She missed our first appointment, so we rescheduled. She was very professional and nice when we met. I felt like she knew the business very well, and was certain I would be in good hands with Perfect View. She told me the estimate would be done in a week. I called after two weeks to follow up. She apologized and said it would be ready in a few days. I never received an estimate. I guess remodelers can pick their clients, guess I seemed difficult?

Great did job as advertised quickly and effectively

I found PerfectView Remodeling on Angie's List and am very glad I chose them. We had a 1968 era bathroom, so this was a complete remodel. There were no changes to the existing floor plan. I got an estimate from PerfectView and one other well-known kitchen & bath company in Manchester. The other company's estimate was $9,000 higher. We were very pleased with the PerfectView Remodeling company and their employees. Everyone was polite and respectful toward us, our home and our dog. Ruth, the showroom manager, was extremely helpful during the entire project and always responded to my questions or concerns quickly. She also helped me with the selection of materials and finishes, making suggestions that I would not have thought of several times. Gary, their carpenter and all-around expert, was great -- he does great work and is a valuable asset to the company. Chris, the plumber, did a great job on installing the plumbing/fixtures and always notified us when he needed to shut off the water so we were not taken by surprise. Additional workers Josh, Joe and Myro also did a lot of good work during the upgrade. The owner of the company, Louis Cook, also stopped by to check on things during the remodel. We are very happy with our new bathroom and can highly recommend PerfectView Remodeling!

The finished product is perfect. The worker was punctual, professional, and friendly.

We could not be more pleased; it went far beyond our expectations. The ceiling is tongue-in-groove with recessed lighting and ceiling fans. His crew is polite, respectful and extremely conscientious. They worked very hard to make sure we could enjoy outside living this summer. Also a new front door was installed efficiently and absolutely looks beautiful. Lou answered any e-mails within 1/2 hour or less. I would recommend this company 1000% to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. (We shopped many contractors - Lou's price could not be matched)

We were completely satisfied with the work. The work crew did excellent quality work and were friendly and easy to work with. At the end of the day they cleaned up and the construction debris was removed. The job was done quickly with minimum interference to us. I thought the cost of the project was reasonable and would not hesitate to hire the contractor for future work.

PerfectView is the perfect choice if you need work done. We talked with several companies, and based on straight-forward answers, competence, and confidence that the work would be done, it was clear that PerfectView was the best choice. We had the kitchen completely redone as well as the upstairs bathroom, and a downstairs bathroom was built from an empty room. Ruth was a great help and when the time came to design the rooms, Lou was very helpful. We were lucky to have Matt as the lead worker. His skill and honesty and helpfulness are outstanding, and he is simply the best. A company's reputation is built on the standards set by the owner and the quality of the people that work for it. Matt was outstanding in his work ethic and his expertise in making each space well designed for function and beauty. We never could have imagined that the downstairs bathroom would be so beautiful, comfortable and well designed for the space. Matt went beyond the expectations to make sure things were done right. Ruth made excellent suggestions that worked well for our budget. Both Ruth and Matt have a great sense of how to put together design elements. We often asked for their advice in selecting features and they were always listening to help us get what we wanted. The nature of our house demanded some minor changes in the plan, and these were done efficiently and quickly. During the construction, we decided to have cross-ties added to our attic to strengthen it, and PerfectView did that work after the other renovations were complete, in a few hours. We have a beautiful new kitchen, two new bathrooms, and a stronger roof, and we are completely satisfied that we made the best choice for this extensive renovation. . Everyone on the team from Perfect View was hard working, conscientious and courteous. The remodeling has improved the quality of our everyday life. Priceless!! Based on our experience, if you need work done on your home, you cannot do better than PerfectVew.

PerfectView remodeled our guest bathroom in October of 2015. Since we were pleased with the results, we had them also remodel our master bath in February 2016. The demo work was done efficiently. They took care of the floors and walls and cleaned up afterwards, taking the debris with them. No dumpster was necessary. The granite was installed by the granite company. Matt's tile work was beautifully done and he took great care to make sure that everything was perfect. In fact, he noticed that the granite installers broke the back splash after the installation and immediately called them to ask for a replacement. Matt installed the lights, cabinet pulls, towel rods and wall mirrors that we supplied separately. Ruth helped us with our search for just the right fixtures and pointed us to websites and stores where we could find them. We are very pleased with the bathrooms and feel they will be good selling points when we eventually sell our house. The only criticism we had was in the delays we experienced doing the master bath as several of the ordered items were delivered later than expected. We signed the contract on 2/2, work started 2/16 and all was complete on 3/21.

They did a wonderful job adding a bedroom and a handicap bathroom for our grandson. Lou Cook was exceptionally diplomatic.

The entire PerfectView staff was wonderful. They were knowledgeable, courteous, honest, respectful of me and my home and completely trustworthy. They explained the entire process before they began so there were no surprises (or hidden costs). The care and pride they put into their work is very evident...right down to the finishing touches. They also cleaned each day before they left and on the final day they even damp mopped the hallway floors and stairs that they passed through daily. I am extremely happy with the job that they did and would highly recommend them for any project.

Very helpful in our planning process and in preparing our budget to afford it sometime soon.

The job was very well prepared by my design/sales contact. She clearly and accurately communicated with me about all aspects of the job, including scheduling. I had one lead guy on the job, and he had one or two helpers. I completely trusted them in my home while I was at home and while I was not at home. They were clean, friendly and trustworthy. And they were in and out in just a few days. This was such an easy process, yielding a beautiful improvement to my home. Thank you PerfectView Remodeling!

This was alright. It would have been more nice to have more designs especially cosmetics. They were very responsive and easy to work with.

I bought two hours of plumbing service because I had no hot water in my kitchen. The person came out and took 20 minutes to repair the issue. There was no time credited. Still a good deal and good work, but would not pre-buy a service that I didn't use.

Started talking with them in late April, signed the contract in May and just last week they finally came back. They just didn’t seem to get the painting, grout or toilet done right. It has been a nightmare for me.

Great! The crew that did the installation worked quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves, more than they had to!

I love going to Lou's showroom, he has a lot of samples there and twice I have picked everything from there without having to run to different companies. Ruth is great, she is tireless in helping you to find what you like. Lou is someone you can trust to make sure your project goes smooth and always visits the project several times to inspect it. He addresses your concerns very promptly. There was a problem in the beginning with the tile install. When brought to Lou's attention he quickly remedied the situation. He sent Matt out who perfected my bathroom. His work is excellent and his finish work was beautiful. Workers come at your convenience and clean up after their work day. This company did my beautiful Kitchen too. Would not use anyone else!

We purchased a Deal for this provider; $59.00 for a plumbing service call, plus $50.00 credit toward any repairs. We had a water leak in the pipe going to our outside faucet. The service technician put in a new copper pipe and installed a frost free faucet so that we will not have any more problems with leaks in the future. We are very pleased with the prompt service call and the quality of work.

30 seconds of caulking, $75. Should've tried it myself, thought it was a bigger issue.

Called them and set up an appointment for getting a quote, had to gut and redo a 2 bedroom apartment they came in to look at the work and said they would send a quote in within a week or 10 days but been 2 months no reply !!!. i had left voicemail a couple of times but never heard back !
