Description of Work: The serviceman was professional and congenial, as well as receptive to all of my questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. He performed the job within a half hour without leaving a mess.

Description of Work: We are seeking to have a small bathroom (5ft x 8ft) remodeled, and are in the process of getting estimates. The rep from Perfectview showed up on-time and did a thorough evaluation of the bathroom in late July. Then there were two weeks of silence from Perfectview in which we heard nothing from them. On August 11th we received an extremely detailed estimate from Perfectview that came in at over twice as expensive as any of the other three estimates we'd already had done for the same amount of work. Taking the high-cost estimate into account along with the two-week lag time between the home visit and appearance of the estimate, we will not be using Perfectview for any project.

Description of Work: Added hose faucet outside house. Required to pick up water line inside house and run line to outside, about 25 feet away.

Description of Work: Meriden, CT condo and replaced bath and did replaced closet doors in a bedroom. Good price and good quality work. Cleaned behind themselves as they went. Removed all old bath materials.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel that went very well except for not using quarter round on floor to prevent water from getting underneath and causing buckling.

Description of Work: A gentleman from Perfect view came to my home and I explained two minor jobs I needed to bedone and one larger job He took appropriate measurements and asked some questions. we discussed the jobs and he left. I never heard another word. If you are not interested just say so and let me continue to look for someone.

Description of Work: I responded to a deal for an outdoor hose faucet replacement and then added on a job to install a new kitchen faucet that I had purchased on my own. |The booking went smoothly and they were on time for appointment. |I was not there for actual work so cannot evaluate how they were in person. There are still 2 leaking points along the pipe of the outdoor hose faucet so that is not great and my kitchen faucet was wonderful at first but now seems loose and moves so that is not great either. |

Description of Work: They were terrific to work with. Very up front about costs and estimates and worked quickly to fix several different fixtures in my home. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be calling again if I have future plumbing issues. (Note that the cost of the services reflects the Angie's List Big Deal I purchased and would have been higher if I had paid their standard hourly rate.)

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. Exceptional workmanship, very professional. Kitchen looks twice the size, beautiful natural cherry cabinets with black granite. It all went very smooth considering it was February and several bad snow storms. I had Louis Cook here today for a bathroom remodel. I wouldn't use anyone else. I know I'm going to get a professional for the job and I will have no worries. He makes sure everything is done as per your contract.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's List deal, 2 hours of plumbing repair for $149.00. I purchased this in hopes of having someone address the 2 'running' toilets in my house that were wasting a lot of water. The gentleman who visited took the time to show me exactly what parts where causing the issue, and also noted other components in the tank that were older, cracked and causing additional water loss. Considering one of the last plumbers I hired years ago didn't have the right parts with him, the contractor from Perfect View had brought all the parts he could need. Once I agreed, he was able to replace all the faulty components. Those parts did cost me a bit more - but considering how quickly both toilets finish cycling now and how much water that's saving, I feel it was well worth it. Perfect View does much more than plumbing. I would definitely consider hiring them for future work. They don't feed you stories and they know what they're doing.
