Service person was prompt. We discussed what was to be done. He installed shut-off valves on the hot and cold water pipes in the shower. Repaired a leaky valve for the shower. Drained the hot water tank.

It went very well. They were always on time and actually finished before the estimated date of completion. They cleaned up every day before they left and were very courteous. When the job was completed it was so awesome looking. We are very happy with the excellent job that everyone did and would highly recommend Perfectview Remodeling for all of your needs. We would definitely use Perfectview Remodeling again. Great job to everyone!

The remodeling involved removal of tile, sheetrock and ceiling in addition to all fixtures. When the tub was removed they discovered water damage in the subfloor. The subfloor was replaced without additional charge.

We recently hired Perfect View Remodeling to update our home and we could not be happier with the entire experience. The workmanship was excellent, the people doing the work were a pleasure to have in our home, work was completed in a timely manner and on schedule, and we were not charged anything over the initial proposed budget. You couldn't ask for anything more. For any future improvements we need, we will look no further than Perfect View Remodeling.

Both jobs as well as fixing a leaky bathtub faucet went without a hitch, except maybe some aches and pains from climbing under the kitchen sink so many times. Very satisfied.

Working with PerfectView Remodeling made renovating our master bathroom fun and easy. The men who worked in the house were extremely respectful of our belongings and of our pet cat. The tile work in the shower and floor were completed impeccably. We are really impressed with how the bathroom turned out, and we can't believe it's actually ours - it's straight out of a magazine. Lou was very helpful with planning the entire project, and Matt was outstanding with carrying out most of the work. We recommend PerfectView Remodeling to anyone who wants a beautiful bathroom.

Some supply lags were uncontrollable, but everything went smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately, the interaction did not go great. There was a general lack of understanding of the basement zoning requirements and the follow up quotation was incomplete (lacked an entire room from the quotation) and did not come in a timely manner. We decided not to hire PerfectView as a result.

Our kitchen remodel was the second renovation done for us by Perfectview and once again it was done wonderfully. About a year and a half ago they did a remodel of the master bath. Because of the work done there we chose them once again for our kitchen. Pleasant and on time, the workers showed up each day ready to work. They left the job site clean at the end of each day as well. They are priced competitively, with generous allowances in choosing the materials.

PerfectView refused to honor the deal for the design review based on the budget for the project. The deal did not state that I even had to use them for the actual work. It was for a design consultation. After getting in touch with Louis at PerfectView to schedule the appointment and talk about what they have to offer, I gave him some information in the form of an architectural drawing of my existing bathroom and a list of stuff that I wanted to get done in order of priority, along with my budget so he could be prepared for the appointment. Since my budget was well short of their average remodel, he said I was wasting his time and wouldn't honor the deal for the design consultation.

Very responsive. The plumber arrived on time and fixed the issues very quickly. Very happy with the experience.

First they forgot about us and I had to notify Angie's list to get them to call. The plumber did fix the drain in one bathroom but that is all. He said the tub was fixed but today while the tub was filled because of blizzard and possible power loss, it had drained all the way down. Not fixed. He said he could not fix the bathroom sink and it would need to be replaced ( and told me we had cheap faucets ) but out of desperation that night, my husband took faucet apart and we bought a 6$ replacement at Home Depot and fixed it ourselves. He DID go in our crawl space and gave me good advice about our hot water issues.

Excellent. They were very professional, and arrived early everyday and were very informative in the process.

Work was done quickly and within the two hour special. Plumber was professional, very courteous. The service performed was more than satisfactory.
