I was disappointed in that I needed a part replaced in the toilet to prevent continuous running. The toilet doesn't run any more but it takes a very long time to complete the flush cycle.

Description of Work: Had Lou come out and estimate the repair of a deck post. He was able to accommodate the job within days. Job went very smoothly and was well done.

Description of Work: I called Lou for a bathroom project. He was able to come on a short notice and gave us a quote within a few days. The price was reasonable. We decided not to go with him because he mentioned that he wouldn't install anything that wasn't purchased through him.

Description of Work: Since I purchase this package I been on a waiting list. My first and only appointment is schedule for July 25th and that not even to do the job it's to have a worker look at the room and for me to sign a agreement contract, which was not stated when I first talk to him back in June! Once I meet with the company and the work has been complete I will give a fair and honesty review but the I can tell you now that will NEVER order a package deal again I have 2 other package that I can't even get a response from and one can't even give me a date to do the job! Once I handle this issue I will go after the other 2 because I spent 600.00 on one and 100.00 on another, I be damm if I don't get my money back!

Description of Work: We were asked who recommended Perfect View. We found them on Angie's List. and were not disappointed, in fact we were quite pleased. They sanded about 1000 sq. ft. of white oak hardwood floorng and applied 3 coats of oil based poly. Sanding was done after the 1st and 2nd coats. The finished product actually looks better than the floors had looked 13 years ago. It shows shades that we didn't see before. Their timeliness was as promised, their pricing was very competitive and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The follow-up was immediate and to our satisfaction. We gave Perfect View straight A's and would highly recommend them. They should be considered for your hardwood flooring needs.

Description of Work: Received an estimate that was grossly overestimated. Price was very high when compared to other licensed professionals with good ratings. He was courteous and punctual, good looking other projects.
