Ed gave a quote which we accepted, and the final bill came in under the quote. Any job like this goes by time. The result was better than I ever expected.It was one of the worst jobs that I always imagined for the house.They responded right away, extremely trustworthy. We have had do work for us in our warehouse and also where we rent. They always show up quickly and do excellent work!

Called and they were able to send someone out within the hour. Not sure about cost for 20 minutes of work at time and a half, but problem fixed and he even put all the piping back together.

Not satisfactory service. Even broke the sewer line at a junction while snaking the line. Had to pay extra to repair of the break. Took him almost a half hour to write up the bill. Needed to have a supervisor come and finish the job the next day.

Arrived promptly but charged for the time to pick up the faucet which I could have easily done except the plumber offered to do it. Faucet was replaced in less than an hour, we were charged $260.00 and one day later the faucet cold water stopped working. The company was notified and a second plumber was dispatched and fixed the issue. This was our 3rd project with this company and on all 3 jobs they had to be recalled because all 3 jobs were done poorly.

We called and within 10 minutes they arrived,quickly determined the issue and had it fixed within 2 hours.They cleaned up all debris from the job.Excellent service.

It was pretty bad too.I tried to do it myself but it was pretty badly sopped up

Excellent response...professional...good price...honest and trustworthy.They showed up within 20 minutes of my first call,immediately determined problem,quoted price and were back with new equipment within 15 minutes.Fast,efficient and courteous.

They were profession and stayed with the task at hand. They could have cleaned up a little better.

Went very well. I am an airline pilot and live out of town. They showed up on time evaluated the job and we worked out a schedule that would meet my time requirements and they showed up again on time. I would use these guys again. Very considerate of customer. IF they are running behind because of another job they wil call you!!

Initial contact was good, however on the day that we had scheduled the service, I get a call 2 minutes before the time of schedule service to inform me that they had an emergency and they would not make it. I was ok with the emergency, but they could at least call an hour before the time of service, after all some of us do have to work . When they called me the next day, the guy didn't even apologize for the inconvenience; he basically said, do you still need us or what? The only reason I rescheduled was because I was desperate and did not want to prolong the leak, which could of caused more problems in the future. I have to mention, the plumber that did come by was courteous and professional, and he told me exactly what the problem was; I needed a new faucet. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. It took him 10 minutes to pin point the leak and $100 from my pocket.

They were very good and did what they said they would do. They were on time and were efficient. This company was professional and good.

They were knowlegable, quick, and left the areas worked on clean and neat.

Called on Monday to request an estimate. Ed returned my call later that day. We agreed he would stop by on Friday to look at the job, and that he would call Friday morning to tell me what time he would arrive. He did not call on Friday, nor did he show up. I even saw his truck that day driving through town. Very unprofessional.

The price was a few hundred dollars more than the estimate. They said they were going to install a better well pump. However, my water pressure is now worse than it was before the replacemnet. Before their truck left, my water would not even run. The plumber just said I would probably have to change the filter a few times and drove away.

Electrical spike off the line fried the well pump control box. Serviceman came out, found the problem and quickly conducted repairs. I would have not have used them but I was deployed and my wife called because their number was on our electrical fuse box. In this case they did a much better job.

They were very nice guys. They were very fair and professional. I would use them again in the future.

A person answered the phone and took down the details of the problems I was having. Offered to come out that day if needed. We scheduled a date and he said he would call me the morning of the scheduled work to give me a time. Received a phone call at 8 A.M. telling me the plumber would arrive between 8:30 -9. He was on time, completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I was very happy with the total experience.

They came sometime last summer to do a water test on our well system (perhaps it was July). We never heard back from them, so we called and found out that the test results had been lost at the lab in Pennsylvania. We had to have the plumbers come again to test our water. No results as of yet.

We got him from Angie's List. The gentlemen's name is Tomaszek and he was excellent. We had him do work in our house as well and we spent about $950. He was very good and punctual. He had an emergency because it was right around the time of hurricane here. If an emergency happened, he would call and let me know how many hours late he would come. He was very punctual and when I needed something in my mother's house he was more than happy to write a letter explaining what he had done for the new buyers. Everything is excellent with him. We will always use him as our plumber.

They are close by. I had used them a while back and had forgotten about them. My husband saw good feedback for them on Angieslist. They had the parts for the faucet in their truck and they fixed the faucet. My overall experience with them was good.

My experience with Tomaszek Plumbing was excellent. The plumber arrived on time, was very professional, and resolved the issue quickly AND correctly. Also, I ended up paying less than I was expecting. I will definitely use them again.

Someone was there to answer the phone (which in a plumbing business is not often the case). The timing was excellent and service professional. I have has a few plumbers but non that were able to respond so quickly and efficiently as this one. They got the job done quickly and make helpful suggestions for avoiding possible problems in the future. Thanks for the great job!

I called afterhours when the problem suddenly happened, and the phone was answered quickly. Although they were willing to send someone out that night, I told them not to worry because I had an alternate place to stay for the evening. I was told I'd be the first appointment, and I was. I received a call early in the morning and 15 minutes later they were on scene. They snaked the line and capped a pipe. There was a blockage in the line at the outside of the house.
